Long Answer: First, Billy was in and out in 1 hour. He accomplished exactly what I asked. He was able to get out to my house within 2 days of calling David Electric. Billy was professional, kind and friendly. He answered all of my dumb and specific questions. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. I will try and use David Electric in the future if the need arises.

Had a problem with a home generator not coming on automatically. They were here within an hour of my phone call and had the problem fixed in minutes. They are always friendly, on time, efficient, and knowledgeable.

We called Austin because we had lost power to the power outlets in all three of our bathrooms. Austin got us scheduled in for a last minute appointment which we really appreciated! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replaced the faulty GFCI outlet for us. He also replaced one of our outdoor GFCI outlets that hadn’t been working for a while. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked quickly and picked up after he was finished. We highly recommend Austin based on our experience!

They were all booked up for days, but they reached out to their technicians to see if anyone would be able to fit us in last minute and DJ was available. He was here within an hour and got to work solving our issue right away. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
