Wondering why the name 21 Electric? Well, the name was created in honor of our 15-year-old son, Brody, who has Down Syndrome. Individuals with Down Syndrome have 3 copies of the 21st Chromosome, which is what makes them special. So, the 3 arrows in our logo represent the 3 copies and, of course, the 21 is the Chromosome. Our mission is to not just financially give to Down Syndrome of Indiana, but to raise awareness to others on their abilities and not so much their disabilities. Outstanding service and professionalism. Had an “open neutral” issue with numerous outlets not working. Was told by a different electrician i needed to tear out drywall. Called 21electric. Paul called prior to arrival and went right to work. Within an hour he had the issue resolved, it was an old wire nut had come loose in the closet fixture. Price of repair was more than fair. Will definitely use them again

Not too long ago, I called for a quote and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She scheduled me for an in-home consultation the next day. A nice, but untidy gentleman without a company uniform showed up to do an estimate. At my request, he kindly gave me a ballpark idea of what I should expect to spend for the work that I wanted done. He ended our conversation by promising that he would send me an estimate that would contain a definitive price.

The problem is that I never got the estimate that I was promised…too bad false promises don’t increase company profits.

They treat their employees poorly, they take the cheapest route to fix things. They will find jobs too big for them and won’t meet the due date. Will hit you with change orders left and right to get you to pay more in the long run.

We’ve recently moved into a new property and needed some lighting fixtures fitted. One of them being a huge chandelier that was a challenge to install. Paul worked efficiently to get the job done and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will definitely work with 21 Electric in the future and will request Paul to complete the work. I hired them to install 5 outdoor sconces. They came out on time and did the work quickly. There were some difficult aspects of the install, but they handled them perfectly. I am very pleased and would hire them again in the future

We used 21 Electric to have 3 ceiling fans wired and installed in our house. We submitted a request online and they got back to use right away. We also had some questions about the process and Kennedy responded quickly each time. The installation process was quick and efficient. Our fans look great and we have no complaints. We'd call 21 Electric for any other electrician jobs!

Impressed by the quality of work. We had a GFCI that kept tripping. He figured out that it was the refrigerator that was causing the problem and installed a new outlet just for the refrigerator. I appreciate his problem solving skills along with his electrical work.

Quick response time. Moved up date for foundation repair and 21 Electric came on short notice. Installed wire from fuse box to area for new sump pump. Very polite and professional. Reasonably priced. We will use 21 Electric again and recommend their services.

I recently used the services of 21 Electric - the repair man was punctual and was a good listener. He replaced 3 smoke detectors with no difficulty and changed out a burned outlet. He was expedient and easily answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use 21 Electric in the future.

I had an outlet installed above my fireplace to hang a TV. The electrician was on time and the work was done well, with minimal impact to the existing drywall. He even recommended a better location for the outlet - for less interference with the TV and bracket once they were installed. It worked out great.

We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.
