Duane is awesome! Explained what was going on with our electrical panel, came in the next morning to install the new one (our preference, he offered to do it that night!) and was quick and efficient.

Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. Definitely will use them again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

Had a light fixture which had stopped working. Contacted Alphonzo Inc. who responded very timely and fixed the issue in no time. Had the best service from Wayne today came in knew exactly what he was doin an had my kids power up in no time highly recommend you get him if your lucky I’ll be asking for him if I need anymore work done fast knowledgeability was on point didn’t try to over charge or take more time then needed like others. I had noticed my mast was damaged. I wanted someone to come out before the problem grew. Jimmy was here next day (on Saturday) and fixed us right up. I personally messed up the payment and they were more than understanding with my confusion. Great value. Highly recommend!!

I had a power outage due to poor electrical work that caused a fire. AES had to shut off my power and required me to call an electrician. On a busy 4th of July weekend Alphonzo helped me to get my electrical needs done for AES to restore my power. Will definitely recommend his business and use again.

I contacted Alphonzo Inc for professional electric advise and he exceeded my expectations! He was very professional, on time, & courteous. The entire project took only a few hours; which included all upgrades to meet current codes, a new kitchen hood, 6 light installation and a new ceiling fan. It was all done at a very responsible price. If you’re looking for a great electricians this is the company for you. Highly recommended!

Contacted on a Saturday and they were happy to come out same day. I could not fit into my schedule that day so they came Monday. Pool pump was not working. They diagnosed the problem were prompt, polite, professional and worked fast. Had me up and going in no time! Back to swimming!

A tree fell on our powerline damaging the weather head. I spent days trying to get other companies to help me restore power. It took one call, a few pictures, then just a few hours to be up to par. Hands down the best! Professional, quality work, responsive, and the best price in Indianapolis! Highly recommend! Will use again in the future! They priced the work better(way better) and got it done same day without gouging us with emergency or priority prices. If ur looking for an electrician, these are the guys!

I scheduled a 9 a.m. apt via their online booking service, 2 days in advance, as the Owner advised me to do. I rearranged my entire morning for them to do repair. The young men arrived over 90 mins late. I turned them away. I will not book with Alphonzo Inc again.

Super responsive over the holiday weekend! Replaced a bad GFI outlet and then trouble shooted and replaced an outdoor outlet. Very reasonably priced!
