Advance Electric

Advance was quick to come out to my home and quick to fix my issue. They fixed it at a price I could afford and were so friendly and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

They were all booked up for days, but they reached out to their technicians to see if anyone would be able to fit us in last minute and DJ was available. He was here within an hour and got to work solving our issue right away. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the company and DJ going above and beyond to fit us in last minute during a time that all service companies are backed up for weeks with work orders. Advance Electric will now be our go-to electrician. Thank you Advance Electric and DJ!

I called at 10am with an issue where select lights/outlets in the house stopped working. They had someone at my house by 1pm and fixed by 2pm. They guys that came by could not have been nicer or more professional. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put stuff back before they left. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came to help. I'm getting an estimate from them for more work now too!

One of our breakers went out and we couldn't get it back on. Turned out that the porch light had a short in it blowing out the whole circuit. Djay figured it out quickly and took out the light fixture for me. I was planning on putting up the new one myself after I went to get it that day. When I got home I realized I couldn't do it myself. I called him back and he came all the way back to my house and installed it for me for FREE!!!!!!!!!!

First week of the shutdown my dryer went out.
When I went to get a new one I got an electric dryer but the outlet did not work. I live in a fairly old home and fearing the worst I put off calling an electrician for another week but finally gave in. A competitor told me that in order to just have someone out to take a look at it, it would end up costing me $135, but if I did the work through them it would go towards it as a credit.

Ended up calling Advance Electric, and they said they would send somebody out to do a free estimate, who could do the work on sight if I chose to have them. I feel terrible about this but, for the life of me I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, however she was extremely professional and courteous over the phone.

Djay was the tech they sent out; he was knowledgeable as well as professional. My house is very old so we got to share a laugh about how old the fuse box was, and he told me he could provide me with an estimate to have that updated as well; which he promptly emailed to me the following day.

He testes the outlet, and opened the panel and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got my 220 outlet quickly reconnected, and was very fair on the price.

He didn't even make fun of how dumb I was for not knowing that it was two wires that could have easily been reconnected if I had taken the panel off and wasn't afraid of being electrocuted based on my obvious ignorance.

My experience with them was contract worthy and I will be working with them in the future for all my electrical needs.

I am extremely pleased that I had Advance Electric work on my home. Before they were here, I experienced inconsistent power issues throughout my house (1960s build - older panels). They recommended I upgrade my panels/breakers and redo the ground connection outside. It sounded like it would help and the estimate seemed very fair. Yesterday they arrived on time and put in a full day to get the job done. They were friendly and they did a fantastic job. The problems I was experiencing (previous to the work being done) have vanished.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

I contacted Advanced Electric (AE) a few weeks ago to get an estimate on a few odd jobs, Installing a new entryway chandelier, running new lines to my office, removing a satellite dish and it's cables, and putting in a new light box. First estimate looked great, but we wanted to get a different light for the entryway and put the originally planned light in a different room. I also needed to get some new hardware for the install; I had a few questions about this and AE very patiently answered them all.

New estimate also looked great and we scheduled for a few weeks out. Day of, Technicians arrived on time; we did a quick walkthrough of the jobs, answered a few questions, and they got to work. Throughout the day I received updates as jobs were completed so I could verify everything was the way I wanted it. Masks were worn and social distancing was observed.

Very happy with the level of service and pricing. AE will be my first choice if I have a job they can do in the future.

Very nice to work with. Had a couple of small electrical needs that are above my expertise. Did a professional neat job, cleaned up when they were done. I will recommend Advance electric to all my friends.

We have now hired Advance Electric on two separate occasions. They are extremely timely in their scheduling, reasonable on pricing, and very professional and friendly to work with. The guys showed up on time this morning. They changed out our meter base to a 320 amp and installed an additional disconnect for a future project. They were professional and did an outstanding job. County inspector approved and said it looks great. Will recommend Advance to my friends!

Called about an outlet that wasn't working, and possibly installing an additional outlet in a bathroom. They came out right away, fixed the outlet and installed a new one, all in about an hour. Fast, friendly, and the price was great! I would definitely use them again!

excellent company. been using advanced electric for years for my commercial office needs. recently they fixed my exterior lights and after a few months, there was a problem and they came and fixed it even though it is out of warranty period. great service and company!

The Advance Electric team was prompt, efficient, and very informative in diagnosing our problem. After finding a big issue with our electrical work in our house, Barb and the team we able to provide insight as to what would need to be done, while helping us move forward on the other aspects of the project.

This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.
