They replaced my main and sub-panel, grounded the system, and replaced all switches and plugs in the entire house - in just 2 days! (Older house, many items were out of code or unsafe/installed incorrectly). The team was very respectful of our home and my special requests. The team was prompt, clean, extremely knowledgeable, fast, with an eye for fit and finish. The project turned out great - I would hire Bon and his team again without hesitation!

I had an emergency last month and called these guys out of the phone book. I have never needed an electrician before, but I was pleased with the urgency they handled my request with. My power went out and they were there within a couple of hours. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

Completely unprofessional. Hired them to install appropriate CAT cable to an upstairs office that would work with our Google Fiber mesh network and increase speeds to the hardwired room. First of all, technician arrived 3 hours LATE with no advance notice. Technician seemed clueless on how to solution my request. Ultimately, his recommended solution was to install a CAT6. It took him almost and hour to come up with the solution. Upon installation, we immediately saw a negative impacted to our network speeds. These guys did a shotty job. Lead technician had a poor attitude and honestly didn't seem educated enough for the job. On top of everything, Dunman marked up the CAT6 conduit ten times the retail price, charged me 4 hours labor x 2 technicians (1 was a trainee) for a job that should have taken <30mins. They charged me $642.20 just for LABOR!! THEN, Dunman Billed my credit card for $1055.50, without authorization, EVEN after I indicated to them (IN WRITING) that I did not agree with their invoice. Overall, a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend you doing business with the dishonest company.

There’s no value as a consumer in paying for an apprentice and a licensed electrician, when all that was needed is a licensed electrician. It’s like being charged twice for the same work.

I called to sort out an issue with a breaker for the refrigerator. Paul was very quick to respond and was at my house the same day. He was very thorough in checking the issue and making sure there was nothing left unchecked related to that electrical line. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. I've been working with Capital City Electric for the past couple of months. The power to my house was turned off about a month ago and it hasn't been turned back on. I have not had power in my house (my primary residence) for over a month. Our phone calls typically go to voicemail and texts are ignored. Inspections have failed multiple times.Update: I was without power for two months during the summer waiting on Capital City Electric's work to be completed.I am unfortunately still working with them on finishing my project 7 months later. They come and endlessly work on the same things with no progress, making more work for themselves and preventing my project from moving forward. I am disheartened by their work, lack of professionalism and poor communication.

I hired Mike and James to install my light fixtures, which required a great deal of attention and patience. They both worked diligently and efficiently, completing the task on time. They supplied a reasonable estimate. They're both quite pleasant and approachable. I will undoubtedly employ their services for future electrical projects and will enthusiastically suggest them to my friends.

Since my bedroom's fan had stopped turning, I called an electrician to come fix it. He did a wonderful job; together we rewired the entire system, and it was working again by day's end.

AC came to my house when we did discovered we had aluminum wiring. They did a full cop-alum upgrade and we also had them install some new fixtures in our dining room and an outdoor outlet. Great, professional and quick service! Their rates were very reasonable. The crew was very respectful of my home and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards. I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasn't easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!

We called Rand Electrical on Sunday afternoon due to a grounded wire sparking. Within 24 hours we had the diagnosis and the electrician came out the next day to fix everything. Great and professional people to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service.

The electrician was out to repair a broken light switch in my apartment. He was very personable and polite. He told me all of the things that he did while he was fixing my light switch so I would know what to expect next time I need him. The electrician also had some good suggestions for other repairs around the house, which saved me some money!
