Do not hire this company! I set an appointment for some electrical repairs. Day of they called and said they didn’t have a tech available so we rescheduled. Second time they called 1 hour before the anppointment and said the tech couldn’t make it and had to reschedule for an additional 10 days out. Overall I spent two weeks waiting and didn’t get any repairs done. Hire a different company!

Brenda called me the day before my appointment to confirm my window, and narrowed down there time frame from 2 hours to 1 hour. She was very pleasant and courteous, and I enjoyed speaking with her. Andy and Nathan were a delight to work with. They arrived early for my appointment window, quickly and professionally removed my old furnace and AC unit, and installed my new units without issue Installation costs were thoroughly explained and very fair and reasonable. I wanted to say thank you to Great Guys, for sending Ethan today to look at my furnace, to see why it is not working and determined it is very old and needs to be replaced. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained repairing the old furnace VS replacing it with a new one. We decided to replace it with a new furnace, Jacob and Tony will come tomorrow morning to install the new furnace. Also, he was very kind to include installing a modern Thermostat and removing the old one. The Great Guys was able to accommodate me the next day to put in the new furnace and the new Thermostat. I am very grateful for their services! This company in the past, Marcus Fauth Owner put in a new AC for me and did not overcharge and did an excellent job in every aspect! Thank you so much, JS

I called for an emergency job, I needed a new breaker and a handful of outlets added to my basement. Genesis 1:3 Electric showed up on time and did a great job. The price was significantly lower than previous bids and the job took half the time that the other electricians quoted. I am very pleased with both the gentlemen that did the work and the job that they did. I will be using them to finish my basement.

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
