These guys are great! We have had a couple HVAC issues since our basement buildout and they have been amazing to work with. Cody was such an incredible help and really tried to get down to the bottom of the issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help! Thank you Cody!I had left a 5 star review after using Heart Heating for our HVAC 5 months ago. Thinking I would continue to get great service, I scheduled an appointment for my water heater. The appointment was for Monday between 7am and noon. At 11am, Heart Heating sends me a text to inform me that my technician would not be available that day and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday. Unfortunately the unit is located in a rental unit and we had a renter arriving Wednesday. After not receiving a response via text in regards to the scheduling issue, I followed up with a phone call. Not only were no apologies offered for the last minute cancellation which I re-arranged my schedule for, but no solution or again apologies for not being able to provide an earlier appointment. Simply, mam, this is what we have, take it or leave it, we don't care. And so I will now redirect my business to someone that still offers customer service. It seems the pandemic has affected lots of businesses and this is unfortunately one. Great technicians, but HORRIBLE customer service.

Jesse and George made a service call on 11/14/18 at my residence. They performed the required repairs to ensure all switches and outlets on one circuit operate efficiently and safely. Their attention to detail avoided additional costly repairs.

Herb came out and was very professional and friendly. He listened to me regarding my concerns and then did a thorough check to see if my HVAC system needing cleaning. He told me that everything looked good and showed me pictures. I will absolutely use Brothers again when needed.

We had laundry room sink with low water pressure from cold water at sink. Needed to replace valve and water line to faucet. Original equipment on 14 year old home. Technician Danny was quick and fix is great.

After a multi-hour power outage our furnace would not kick back on. Applewood came out 10 hours later and got it up and running. Very happy with the prompt, professional response.

Responsive and quickly repaired the pump attached to our dishwasher. This was the third company I had come look at our leak and they were able to get to us quickly and install the new pump the next morning. Techs were kind, professional and communicated very well - we will be using them again.

I hate to leave a meh review because our technician (Carlos) was great, friendly and knowledgeable, but... We scheduled an annual tune-up for our AC because it kept tripping the circuit breaker. Carlos didn't find anything wrong with the unit and he recommended changing the AC circuit breaker switch as the next step (he noted it felt warm when he checked it). All great so far, and he offered to do the work during the same visit. Now comes the part I'm not happy about... The quote to change a single breaker switch was $650. We don't do much of our electrical work, but after watching a 6 minute YouTube video and buying a $15.98 part at Lowes, we did the job ourselves in 15 minutes. It just feels pretty dishonest to charge that much for something so simple. Nothing against Carlos since he likely doesn't set the prices, but this will probably be the last time we used Golden West.
