Done Plumbing is not my regular plumber. He was not available, and our bathroom was clogged. So I called out of the blue and the service was EXCELLENT. Courteous on the phone, they sent follow up email to confirm the appointment. They were able to come earlier than I expected, but called first to see if that was okay. The techs (Tony/John) were professional and pleasant. They got right to work, and dealt with the clogged line in very short order. The invoice was incredibly detailed. I appreciate the level of professionalism. The service was not cheap, but when you need the help, you pay the cost. And then you hope it's worth it. I'd recommend Done Plumbing very highly.

When selling my house I was required to do a pretty extensive sewer repair that was under a fairly major street. I called just about every company in Denver to get an estimate, and the estimates varied by about $20,000. Some companies said that it was too much work to do with getting permits from the city. E&J came out and did an estimate, got the permits, and gave me a quick estimate that was lower than anyone else. When I elected to move forward with them they performed the job quickly with no issues and stuck to the estimate. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. I was extremely pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of this company. Alex and Vince do great work. We were fortunate that we didn’t have an emergency, but when I called Alex came out the same day and we had a new water heater three days later. Another thing I like is their website, it’s clean, crisp and easy to navigate. Alex was thorough in his explanation of product options, warranty and permit info. Vince was respectful of our home and COVID Protocols and was very safety conscious when it came to the natural gas hook up.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
