Richard was my service tech assigned to evaluate a leaking water heater. The leak was sufficient enough that Richard quickly determined a new water heater was necessary. Richard was thorough in his work and conscience in laying down protective mats for my flooring. I sincerely appreciate his work experience and ethics. Joseph Romero came out to check/maintain our AC unit and prepare it for summer weather earlier this year.Got here on time, showed me his credentials and climbed to roof to test my AC unit. Unfortunately, the day was too cool to get a good reading however he checked and wiped down unit. He checked thermostat in my house. Everything was in working order. He was professional, respectful, nice and helpful. He knew what he was doing and he wore his mask and covered his shoes so he could come in my house. He is great, I recommend Joseph and I recommend Dr Fix It.Had central air installed over a year ago and the family could not be happier!
