Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I would love to recommend prime plumbing services to everyone. These people are very reasonable and great workers.

Thomas was awesome. This was his second time out in a week and he was early (asked if ok first), professional, wearing protective gear on his shoes/face, and super easy to work with. I get the feeling he saved us some $$ where other companies may have seen an opportunity to price gouge. Will definitely be calling again with any further issues! Our new go to guy/company.

Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.

I was planning on going with Tipping Hat because I like supporting local businesses. But the salesman that came to give me a quote for a new furnace was an absolute grouch. He was NOT friendly at all and acted like my project was a huge burden and inconvenience to him. My realtor and the selling agent and i all exchanged glances multiple times in disbelief at how rude he was. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but needless to say, we'll be going with another company for a new furnace.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

They came within 30 minutes of my call. Replaced the gas line to my dryer. Checked for leaks and price was reasonable. I wish all plumbing companies were this easy to work with! I'll definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs!
