The technician's name was James and he was friendly and professional in every way. He installed a new sink in our kitchen and a new toilet; both jobs were done efficiently. He gave us options for both repairs, he replaced three worn out water shut-off valves without being asked to do so, and he removed all of the old fixtures, boxes, etc.

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional tradesman I've ever had work on my house. Ran the drain snake up through a vent on the roof instead of the clogged sewer line. Spent 1 1/2 hours wearing out the inside of the pipes until my wife noticed he had snagged our smoker and cover on the back deck and told him. They knocked $30 off for ruining the cover but left the shredded mess on the deck. The toilet rocks side to side which it did not before. They got wax from the toilet ring on the carpet and left water, and some kind of grease on the floor the crawlspace. Beware!

Seth was great, thorough in his explanation of the issues and how he was going to address them, and his work was impeccable, neat, and quick. He explained the warranty and how to address any future issues. He really embodies the company's slogan of Good old fashioned service to a T.

Horizon Services personnel are well trained and thorough in their work. I find this company reliable and efficient, good communication and complete explanations about the work that was done. I believe the rates are competitive. Horizon services my furnace, water heater and air conditioner. There are other services available which I have not used.

I had them come out to remove and replace the main shut off valve, pressure regulator, sprinkler shut off valve, pressure vacuum breaker, and everything outside leading up to where I was going to put the sprinkler manifold. Not only did he show up on time, was extremely professional, and produce extremely high quality work, but did it for the lowest price up against 4 other companies. Not only have I found my forever plumber, but I'm recommending him to every single one of my friends in the area.
