I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Ask for service to handle a home inspection request. The technician (Dave Newman) explained that the requested “repairs” were unnecessary for my unit. He wrapped a pipe for a cosmetic fix, wrote up a report and charged only the dispatch fee. A very professional and honest company and technician.

Most recent visit from Jarod is Dec 10, 2019 and he work hard again. He came another time Dec. 4, 2019 to check and make sure everything was working well and to give bid for new work that will start next week. Jarod continues to be an exceptional person to work with us on major rewiring of our 100 year old house. He came back another time to make some adjustments because of the way we need to use certain outlets. His communication with me has always been excellent as has the communication of the whole company.

I called Doctor Fix-It last minute for a quote on cleaning my ducts and to service my a/c and furnace. They promptly scheduled a quote and Jose come out and do a walk through with me the same day. I was also able to get an appointment for the work to be done the next day. Jose was very patient and understanding walking throughout the house for the work that needed to be completed. He also came back the next day to follow up and service the a/c and furnace himself. When he discovered issues with the HVAC system he walked me through the whole process calling another colleague out and walking through our options with my mother and I. When he noticed that some vents were not properly cleaned he rescheduled the cleaning to ensure that the work was done thoroughly. From my interactions with Doctor Fix-It and Jose I can tell that this is a company that takes pride in their work and goes out of their way to ensure the customer is educated about their work. A+ service! I called frank because my ac condenser wasn’t working and he came over same day. It took him five minutes to see that it required a very easy solution and was a total gentleman. Would hire again!

If anyone in the Denver area needs AC/furnace/water heater/electrical help these are your guys! Our AC went out at 9:30p on Friday night (in the middle of weeks in the 90’s), and 12 hours later we are all squared away and for 1/4 of what some other folks were trying to charge us for a weekend repair. Marcus was super responsive to my quote request and James was so helpful while here fixing our AC unit. Can’t say enough great things!

William did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue that was preventing my furnace from coming on. He explained exactly how he would fix it and gave me an estimate for the work. Since it was just replacing the thermostat, I decided to do it myself since I was already remodeling and doing a bunch of electrical work. He didn’t even charge me for the drive out plus diagnosing the problem. I’ll definitely call them back soon for a complete furnace inspection this winter and for the eventual replacement.

We have used Vandre Electric for our electrical service needs both at our home and our business for years. Corky, one of the co-owners, recently came out to our house to check some flickering lights that Xcel claimed was a problem in our house wiring, even though I suspected it was an incoming power delivery issue. Corky, as always, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He check our wiring and confirmed that it was an Xcel issue. He coached me on what I needed to tell/show Xcel so they would address the problem at their end rather than pointing the finger at my house. It worked, and Xcel corrected their problem. No more flickering lights! Thanks, Corky!!

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
