Great receptionist and terrific plumber. Excellent work. However, I will continue to tell the world the plumbing rates are completely out of control. My last review was that I was charges $400 for a 20 minute repair. This time I was charged $600 for a 1 hour repair. With a $100 off coupon! (Wow - thanks - jack up the rate then make it sound like I was getting a deal) Ok, take the truck and overhead and training out, and you still get an outrageous charge. Think about it ... we all work hard to make $600 (and that's net - you'd have to make about $1,000 to get to $600 after taxes, social security, etc.) and yet this industry does not care. A home builder friend said he gave up getting toilets repaired. He just would buy a new toilet and get it installed by the retailer plumber. It would be $200-$300 cheaper. Never Again will I use Heart Heating and Plumbing, and do my best to stay away from all plumbing services. I will start buying new toilets when one is broken instead of using plumbing repair services.This is an update re: the response given to my review by Heart Heating. Yes, they gave me they eprice before the work was done. Yes I approved that price. Yes, I know the work is guaranteed. But I disagree with your comment that your prices are cheapest. I think $600 for 1 hours work is outrageous for not only you to charge, but the entire plumbing industry. I wonder how many of your clients, or the clients of other plumbing companies, make $600 per hour. Like I said before, there is travel time, van costs, other overhead that goes into that number, but it still is an outrageous for plumbing companies, not just yours but others, to think that is a cheap price to pay - for ANY work service. I can buy a lot of deck work, furnace repair, construction work, lawn services, etc for a whole lot less. Again, I'm not singling you out - it is your entire industry that gouges people for such repairs. cheaper. When I can buy a new toilet and have it installed for a little more than half of what plumbers charge, there's something wrong. Ergo, I'm hoping others will read my message and agree the plumbing industry has gone over the top for their charges. And try anything else ... like buying a new toilet, working on their own repair needs, and searching through as many plumber company alternatives to get to a more reasonable price ... Than $600 for a few parts and 1 hour of work .

Eli Easter was an incredible help to us. He showed up about 10 minutes after 'Time Plumbing' showed up and left to get a part (we called lots of places). Time Plumbing quoted us OVER $500 for a single part replacement that they didn't even have. Dr Fix It quoted us $60. That included the cost of labor. We were absolutely shocked by the amount the other guys tried to overcharge us. Not only was Eli knowledgable and trustworthy from the get go, he was super friendly and finished quickly. We even tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept it. This company is a class act in a field of work that can really screw you over. Use them and feel confident you're not being taken advantage of! Please give Eli Easter a raise!

Patrick is good and affordable. I was able to get added to his schedule in a reasonable amount of time.

Over the course of many years they have done a drive way/walk replacement, house painting, gutters, hot water heater, furnace replacement, evaporative cooler, upgraded electrical service, basement escape window and more! All work was top notch, timely and their crews were friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend them for your projects!
