Best Install/Repair/Replace in Denver CO

Clayton had to open remove a pipe coupling to clear a branch line and then cause a permanent drip at the pee trap under the sink. Now my kitchen sink is unusable. I was not advised prior that he wouldn’t be able to restore it to a usable status before he did the work. He also cleaned the mainline but did a good job.They have done good work in the past for me.

The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

Awesome service, quick turn around time. Offered a few solutions for me to chose from and offered recommendations. Overall very professional. Will use for future plumbing needs.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Thanks to Thomas Frank for offering his services in the middle of the night to fix an emergency problem with our lift station at our rental. Superior service and we'll definitely use him again!

Service itself went well. Given a quote upfront verbally, and when it came time for payment it was $1000 higher. $700 an hour seems excessive. Buyer beware.

Look no further. Sasha is reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. He helped us recover from a pipe burst in January, but has since performed a number of other plumbing fixes throughout our house including a gas stove install and a water heater repair. Alex was awesome! I happened to go down into my crawl space to do something and found a pin hole leak in a copper pipe spraying out water. I found Water Heater Experts online and gave a call to Alex and he was at my door in an hour! He gave me a reasonable price and was done in less than an hour. I have purchased some fixtures and a sink from the remodeling side of the company (Christopher's Showroom). The plumbing side was able to help install my sink for me. I had such a great experience with both sides. The plumbers were very polite and respectful. They were able to answer all of my questions about my new products. I will continue to use them in the future. Definitely recommend!

My shower was leaking so I reached out to Jeff and he was very quick to respond. He had a busy schedule but was able to fit me in within a couple days. The fix to my problem was only some minor caulking so Jeff left it up to me and didn't charge me a dime. I'm 100% going to call Jeff for all of my plumbing problems.

See review below for first appointment on same issue. The next day the HVAC expert team arrived and concurred it was the AC. But could not tell us what the problem was. At the very least it would require a complete tear down of the AC to determine problem (an all day job). At the other end of the spectrum it would require a new AC and while we are at it we should also buy a new furnace (even though there was no problem with the furnace – just 15 yrs old). The 3 quotes ranged from $1654 (with no guarantee they could locate the problem) to $11,395 for new AC and Furnace…oh and they would throw in a new water heat as well. Short ending-had to get a 2nd opinion and it took 1 hour and about $100 and AC has been running fine with no leakage. SWAN looks very professional and very polite and customer service oriented people but I just couldn’t handle the sales job on this one issue.We are having a crisis situation at our with a leak from unknown source and soaked carpet. Restoration folks said it was most likely the AC leaking. We called several plumbing companies who failed to return calls even hours later. When I called SWAN, Melissa answered immediately and was very helpful. She had a truck here with Jon Miller in an hour. Jon determined it was not our H2O heater and made arrangements for an HVAC person to come first thing tomorrow morning! He was very nice, but his expertise was in plumbing….at least we could determine it was not the water heater….would have been a 5 star if they had sent an HVAC guy the first time. However, this was not Jon’s fault!
