I needed service in a limited amount of time and Legacy was very accommodating, having a serviceman at my home in less than an hour. He performed the work quite efficiently and professionally and did a good job of cleaning up when he was finished. I am pleased with this company.

Max and Travis worked quickly and knew what they were doing. They made it easier to patch the drywall by cutting holes only near support beams. The new ceiling fan is installed beautifully and balanced. They also cleaned up the mess. Well done and I am very pleased.

We are very please with Legacy Electric's work. We had them install an overhead fixture in our basement and they did it quickly at half the price of the other places we got an estimate from. Great quality and friendly people!

James came out and gave us a reasonable estimate to upgrade our panel. After several quotes we hired Legacy. The scope of the work turned out to be broader than expected. Legacy was more than reasonable and performed the additional work for likely less than cost. Clay and crew were extremely courteous, answered all of my questions, and worked long hours to finish so it didn’t drag on over multiple days. Passed inspection without a problem. Legacy probably doesn’t want anything to do with my electrical system but I’d be happy to hire them again.

I made an appointment on a Monday and they were here ON TIME the next day. Clay was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. He fixed my problem quickly, explained what the issue was, and what he did to fix it. The repair was reasonably priced. I will definitely use Legacy in the future.

Two of my overhead ceiling lights blew out. They are not ordinary lights with bulbs in them -- they are weird round flat panels of LED lights in a circular pattern. I had Legacy replace both fixtures with new fixtures that use regular bulbs so that I don't have to worry about ordering a new part every time one of the odd round flat panels blows out. The techs were here on time, diagnosed the problem, went to Home Depot to buy replacements fixtures for me, came back and installed them both. Fast, efficient and professional. A little pricey for labor but definitely worth it for their reliability and excellent customer service. BTW, this is the third time I have used them -- I am definitely a repeat customer with Legacy!

Legacy Electric was great! I called multiple electricians to help fix a broken outlet in a new home and they were the only ones to return my call. Even though it was a small job, Freddie came by and took care to explain what was going on and answer any questions that I may have had.

While he was wrapping up, we were chatting about the neighborhood and I told him a story about a package getting stolen a couple days prior. We just received our new floodlight camera in the mail and he offered to install it for us! Even though I originally did not plan to have him install it that day (because I didn't want to interrupt his schedule), Freddie went above and beyond to make sure we felt safer in our house! Matt texted before his arrival and arrived earlier than expected. He was so nice. He let me watch and answered my questions. The problem was not what I thought it was, but rather, a broken neutral wire. Matt found the broken wire, showed me where it was all burnt up, stripped off the damaged part of the wire, and replaced the outlet in under an hour. Unlike dealing with grumpy fix it guys, Matt was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire Legacy in the future.

James was very professional and attentive to our wants. He came out several times to talk with us about the project. We bought an old bungalow and completely remodeled it down to the studs. They completely rewired the entire house from top to bottom. He always took my calls or returned calls promptly. Freddy, who did the actual work along with max, was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He assured me several times he wanted everything to be exactly as I wanted. He even came back and moved some can lights around for me bc I had told him the wrong location. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Electric! You will be VERY satisfied with every aspect of working with them. They’re courteous, professional and always make sure the customer is satisfied.

I had recessed lighting installed last week. I completely understand this company states they are not responsible for drywall repair, however there was an excessive amount of holes and cuts into our walls and ceiling. Many of the holes were not used and seemed unnecessary and careless. The person who did the install said “we’ll patch that one up” after making a large hole in the wrong spot on our ceiling, but when I asked at the end why he didn’t patch it up, he said it’s my responsibility to get it patched up. Looking back, I wish it was more clear in the that the drywall would be destroyed in several areas. They were 30 minutes late to the install. Seemed annoyed when I asked about unnecessary damage. They agreed that it was unfortunate to have all the holes but just kept repeating they are not responsible for them.

Legacy electric did a awesome job installing new can lighting and updating some wiring. They were even willing to come back and look over things I had questions about. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get electrical work done.

None of my outdoor porch and stairs lights were working. They fixed wiring and stabled wire up under porch so it was hanging . Very happy with everything and guys did fast excellent work and very nice to work with, polite and happy to do what I needed done. Thanks 😊

Freddie of Legacy Electric is an artist of replacing electrical service panels. He took a lot of care straightening out the wires from the conduit and bending and wrapping each connection inside the panel so compactly and neat. He has a good personality as well and never acted bothered by our questions. He took the time in every instance to interrupt his train of thought and take care of our education of ignorant to a little bit more educated. James the Master Electrician was very fair in his pricing and keeping us informed of what he could take care of on the project and what needed to be scheduled for a future date.

We had lost power in our bathroom and second bedroom after resetting our breaker box. Legacy was super accommodating and got us an appointment right away. The technician was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He walked us through everything that might be wrong, educated us on how the electricity worked in the house, and most importantly fixed it right away. There was no gimmicks or up-selling. I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

One week after Legacy Electric hung some ceiling fans for me I noticed one of them was hanging slightly askew. I called and they sent a crew out the very next morning to climg up a ten foot stepladder and adjust the fan so it would hang straight. The guys were polite and were in and out in 30 minutes. I found Legacy Electric after searching for an electrician to fix an outlet at my store. I saw their great ratings and decided to call them. They were very professional and had someone at my store within a little more than an hour. They took care of the issue in no time. I am glad I used them.

You'll pay high prices for only 1 apprentice and no licensed electrician. And, upper management just yells at them to get the job done with no support, and all they know how to do is cut drywall beyond reason. While doing a remodel I am uncovering shoddy work that was contracted by legacy and will cost me more to fix what they failed to deliver in the first place. I asked for code compliance and got diy quality.

They did the work on time and in the timeframe given. They came out promptly to address inspection issues.

STAY FAR AWAY! This place is a joke! Had an emergency request put in and they couldn't come for a week, our kitchen and fridge was out of power! Then they were rude and CLOSED out our emergency work order so other vendors couldn't bid on it. They did this knowing they were dealing with elderly disabled people. These people ARE EXTREMELY SICK MINDED!

These guys did a great job! We needed an outdoor outlet install immediately, and they were able to get out to our house the next day and get everything installed for us so that we could get our internet installed. They came out at the time we agreed upon. No huge window to sit around and wait. Both for the estimate and the work. They are very competitive in their pricing, great pricing! The estimate was concise and to the point. Broken down for the exact jobs they did for us. No bulk pricing. The guys did the work as promised, clean and tidy, polite and thorough. Came out and gave me a quote. Showed up three weeks later and increased the original quote by 700$. Was this an error by the technician who came out and I showed the original quote? Hard to say. He spoke with his boss, 45 minutes later he started the job. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Didn't clean up after the job, turned off something in my box and didn't turn it back on, didn't finish installing the housing on an outlet. People don't know how to do business anymore.

Added a circuit to my breaker box with a 30 ft run to a mini-split heat pump unit. Service was professional. However, I thought the $1000 cost was excessive as the job took less than 2 hours.

We had a great experience having a line ran for our above ground pool. They were on time, quick, and the price was as quoted. They even took time to clean up. In my experience that rarely happens. Thank you so much we will enjoy the pool so much knowing it is safe for us!

I got a quote from Legacy Electric to run 240V from main panel, along one wall, and run 3 separate 240V circuits in my garage. They came in more than 2.5x the next highest quote I received from local reputable electricians also found via google maps. It also seemed like their way of doing things was quite out of the norm. They insisted on using copper wire instead of aluminum, when nearly every long run these days is done with aluminum. In addition, instead of a subpanel approach, which is quite obviously the most efficient method when trying to get 3 240A outlets in a garage, they wanted to run 3 separate runs from my main panel. Note that every one of the other electricians I've spoken too recommended going with a subpanel.

It looks like many other people had good experiences. So it really may just have been the folks I spoke to. But I didn't have a stellar experience, not to mention their pricing being absolutely nuts.

We had an evaporative cooler line burst in our attic and water flooded into a light fixture of the bedroom ceiling. As a result, the light was flickering when we flipped on the switch. Suspecting an electrical issue we wanted to have the fixture checked out for operational safety. We contacted Legacy Electric. James, who I believe is the owner, dropped by our home on a Monday morning, he arrived on time and immediately set out to evaluate the situation with the light fixture. Based on extensive experience, James determined that the fixture would dry out and should no longer be an issue and now, several weeks later I can confirm that he was exactly right! He could’ve very easily charged me to rip out the old wiring and replace the fixture but instead he approached the situation with complete honesty. I would highly recommend Legacy Electric because of their high ethical standards and obvious knowledge and experience. I can’t thank them enough!

Great service! They got me in within one week (I've been told by other company's the wait is 3 weeks and more), professional, on time and fast!

They were great and guaranteed the work for a year. There is little to no damage to my walls I couldn’t of asked for more courteous guys. Their bid was half competitors.

Be aware that the online scheduler is not accurate; Legacy will call you after to confirm appointment time, which may or may not match up with the time you reserve. The electricians showed up on time and completed my job (installing a GFCI outlet in the bathroom for an electric bidet) quickly. The price was very fair (cheaper than what a different electrician quoted a couple years ago) and they cleaned up after themselves. Both electricians wore face coverings throughout the job.

I needed a new ballist in the light fixture in the kitchen. Howard determined the part was no longer made due to age of the fixture. He took me to Home Depot and helped me pick out a new one. I did not expect him to do that. He is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Takes pride in his work and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this company. I asked Chyna to tell the service man to go around the side of the garage, thru the gate and down the stairs. This was not told to the service guy. Luckily I was in the backyard and I heard the truck drive up. I waited for him and waited some more and wondered where was. I went to the front yard and he was at the front door where no one would have answered because no one was home there. If I had not heard the truck and gone looking for him, he would have gotten in his truck and left and that would have been 2 full days in a row of me waiting at home all day for no one. It’s a good thing I was outside at the time he drove up. Otherwise the service guy was polite and fixed my problem. He did say he never got the above message.
