Once we decided to start the project, he was able to finish quickly. It was a bit more expensive than I would've thought but overall I'm satisified with the work. This company and Hector specifically did so much to help us out when our power went out. Hector really went above and beyond. 10/10 would definitely use them again for everything.

I called for an estimate on some electrical jobs, and was charged $70 just for the visit, was not told in advance about this charge. Crooks.

Mike and his team at Dutch Creek Electric were exceptional! From Lou scheduling and confirming the appointment, Mike and crew arriving on time, installing a new electric panel inside and outside to accommodate our new solar panels, and cleaning up after themselves, we were so impressed! Andrei came out to install a new water filter. (Andrei has been here a few weeks earlier for another issue.) In the process he pointed out some potential problems that he could help to improve. He did everything he was asked. When he was done and the new unit was plugged into an electrical outlet we discovered there was an electrical issue such that the water filter would not work. He called his office and had a plumber come out within about an hour. The plumber, Brian, arrived and put in an additional electrical outlet AT NO CHARGE! Both Andrei and Brian do excellent work. Dr. Fix It is a very good company, first rate, and so glad that I can rely on their high quality work. Thanks.

He installed the new unit and completely repiped the equipment, and spent almost 12 hours working on it to ensure that it was done before I left on a business trip the next day. I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism, which is what I’ve always experienced with Applewood. This company isn’t the cheapest, but they are the best. You really do get what you pay for with Applewood.

The technician showed up within the time window promised and he was very pleasant and professional from the start. I previously had work done by AAA and liked their service so I called them to inspect a dripping noise from behind the bathroom wall. The technician gave some good advice on how to proceed and cautioned me with the possibilities. After my approval and investigation we finally found some hidden moisture build up on the floor board, the technician began to cut holes into the closet wall on the the other side of the bathroom as neat and as small as possible to avoid more costs repairs of the walls until finding the source of the water leak. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently and now, no more dripping. Very professional and caring of not just the plumbing but the damage necessary to fix the problem.

After attempting refurb on old furnace, i needed a new furnace install (w/ac and even a new wifi thermostat included), which i expected. They had it scheduled and completed the next day. Their service was exceptional, professional, and fast, from front office to techs. They pull a permit - which not every company will do - and everything was brought up to code. Great financing, too, if needed. Adian, Alden, Aaron, Alex and a couple more whose names ive forgotten were so helpful. Worth the money to give them a call.UPDATE 2/8/23: It was time for my furnace tune up, plus thermostat lost its wifi connection (the thermostat is a different company that they use and it does not always link up with Xfinity very well). Brandon tuned up furnace in 10 mins and got my thermostat reconnected to wifi. Great service by Brandon AND front office!

Domonique the tech provided excellent service, explained everything he was doing throughout the process of cleaning a line and sewage discharge pump which was not installed properly by another contractor a few months ago. Definitely will use them again.

We have been in this house for 20+ years and took on some major plumbing issues unknowingly when we bought the house, needless to say we have been through our fair share of plumbers. We finally found an outfit we plan to stick with. These guys were awesome! they made every effort to make this as pleasant and affordable as possible.They left my laundry room cleaner then they found it! Ben was such an easy person to work with, what a pleasure it was! I give them a 5 star rating because they left us thoroughly impressed! I highly recommend them!
