I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth has helped us with various electrical jobs and is so professional and reliable. He’s great at communicating what needs to be done and is trustworthy. Also, I love the online booking feature on his website. Highly recommend.

We used Heart heating and Cooling before when we had an emergency heating problem, decided to use them again for our semi annual check up. Joe was incredible. The most knowledgeable and thorough HVAC person I have met in over 40 years of home ownership. He did a timely, professional assessment, very technically oriented, and made fixes and other useful recommendations. Joe and Heart Heating and Cooling will absolutely be our go to folks for our HVAC and other needs.

Steven was awesome. Total professional. Listened while I explained the problem. Than he explained costs for diagnosis and when we agreed to it he got right to work. Diagnosis was not what I wanted to hear but Steven got right on explaining what needed to get done and how best to do it. If looking for an electrician give them a call.

I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

Andrews did a fantastic job servicing my furnace. Very meticulous and detailed in his report and discussion before he left my house. I would highly recommend.

I got my sprinklers winterized with Brothers. They were quick to schedule and the blowout took maybe 20 minutes! Great company and service.

I called dr. Fix it and was told it would be Teo days before they could come out. I understood they were busy but they do advertise same day service. Eric arrived on time. Appeared very knowledgeable and told us he would go pick up some parts and return to fix our furnace later that same day. He never returned. He didn’t call us back to let us know he wasn’t coming back that day. I called the office the following day and was promised a call back. It never came. I called again twice. The 3rd time (3 different operators), I was told that he was busy installing a new system and what did I not understand about not getting a call back or any information as to if and when they might come back to finish the job?I then asked for the manager or owners and was told they were gone for the weekend.I asked for service on Tuesday morning because the weather changed suddenly and it was very cold, they came by on Thursday morning, promised to fix it that day, and on Friday afternoon after 3 calls they told me he was busy and would call back when he could, so stop calling in. It’s Saturday morning and I never received a response. It will be in the 20’s on Monday and I have an appointment with a different company. Horrible customer service or lack there of. I would have given them zero stars but this is not an option.Worst treatment by any contractor we have ever experienced.

I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

I've worked with both Brian and Ethan from Great Guys while figuring our how to handle our dying gas furnace. Initially, we wanted to convert to an all-electric heat pump system and scheduled an initial consult with Brian. He was an absolute professional during the visit to our home...punctual, explained the options in language I could understand, and provided an excellent list of pros and cons of each system configuration option. Ultimately, the electric conversion proved too costly for the budget we had allocated (which was due entirely to my lack of understanding what all was involved prior to Brian's visit) so we ended up deciding to look into repair of our current unit. Ethan, the tech scheduled for the repair work, came out to assess the scope of repair and do some basic cleaning and servicing while he was here. He did an excellent job with the service and then explained the scope of the required repairs as well as alternative replacement options. In the end, we decided to proceed with replacing the furnace, just with a modern high-efficiency gas unit instead of electric. Two for two, I'm anticipating an excellent working relationship with Great Guys as we move forward with this project! Highly recommend!

I was not able to be for this work but my daughter was. She said it was a great experience. Greg lead her through everything he was doing and taught her a lot. He was professional, respectful, and courteous. We received a detailed list of all work completed as well as potential problems (and costs) in the future. This was a great experience.

We asked for recommendations from our neighborhood HOA website when we needed electrical work done and were told about SJO. We have subsequently worked with Ed and his team to do extensive electrical work at our house on multiple occasions including installing a new electrical panel, new lights, switches, adding new circuits to add power to our garage and quite a bit more. I have worked with so many contractors over the years and SJO is one of only two that I have NOT regretted hiring. Ed has given us great advice on the work we needed done, including telling us the most cost effective ways to accomplish what we wanted to do. The team of electricians is friendly, careful in their work, always on time, performed the work properly in a timely manner and delivered what we wanted. The price has always been reasonable and well in line with what competitors charge. I feel very confident recommending SJO. I will hire them every time I need more electrical work.

These guys are great, fairly priced, and actually have integrity. Taylor actually did my work and not only was the work done well, he had a great attitude and was easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!
