Best Heating Cooling in Denver CO

Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric Electrician
Preston came out to fix our evaporative cooler and communicated exactly what was needed. He came back three days later at 8 pm to fix it because it has been so hot. He went way above and beyond anything we expected, and was the most knowledgeable repair we have had for our breeze air evaporative cooler. He was great!

Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric - Denver Electrician
Great job Brothers! Our swamp cooler wasn't getting power to the Thermostat. I called around to a number of businesses looking for an electrician that could help diagnose the power issue. Other companies didn't seem to understand that although the thermostat is connected a swamp cooler the real issue doesn't require an HVAC tech.I called Brothers Heating, Cooling and Electric and they listened to my issues and dispatched the proper tradesman. Nick was on time, upfront about the charges and scope of work and was able to diagnose the wiring quickly. He corrected the issues making my home safer and got our swamp cooler up and running. Thanks Brothers for the painless repair.

Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Electrician
I was very impressed that the Doctor Fix-It team who did the digging and re-routing and connecting and all the rest for my new sewer line worked steadily, non-stop, all day. They put in close to 10 hours, and finished the job, hauled away the extra dirt, cleaned up my yard, replaced my fencing--as the representative had promised when we first met, there were no surprises. Something that impressed me was that the workers did their best to avoid killing a rose bush I'd tried to save by tying it back--they couldn't work around it, so dug it up, with dirt around the roots, and at the end re-dug the hole, filled it with water, and replanted the bush. They could have said, Sorry, no way--we do sewers, we're not gardeners. But they didn't take that approach, and that really did please me. The only thing left UNdone was the re-blacktopping in the street--and that was because the Lakewood inspector said no, it might rain. It didn't, but they couldn't proceed without his go-ahead. They will, when the City permits them to. (Later note: they did. Nice smooth job.)I was so pleased with the sewer work that I went with the same company-- Doctor Fix-It -- for a new hot water heater. The workers arrived on time, had to dig out extra space to fit the larger heater in (Jon had measured, so this was no surprise and they were prepared), did an excellent, efficient and professional job of that, and put the removed dirt where I asked so that I can later use it. The heater was installed, pipes joined, and they guys even slipped on the insulation I'd provided (not normally part of the job). Of course they hauled away the old heater. Jon knew I'd replaced a valve in my toilet tank and it had a very slight leak, and he told one of his workers to check it out--he did: it just needed more hand-tightening than I had the strength for, and he did it. These last two things--the insulation and the toilet tank--were not normally part of installing the water heater, of course, but Doctor Fix-it's Jon Miller arranged for this extra help, and I guess that sort of showed me something of the nature of this company: they want to do a good job and please the customer, and keep on coming back.Ask for Jon Miller. He's a good representative, and has a basic policy: NO SURPRISES! I got a bid from another guy after Jon's, and had I not already listened to Jon, I'd not have known about 'little details' that emerged only after I asked--and they changed the price for this other guy. Jon does it all up front. They are my company of choice now, for plumbing, electrical and heating--because they did the jobs as promised, left everything as it should be left, went a little extra, and were in all ways professional. And guess what: their bids were excellent: I got what I needed for the best price. Great combination.

Great Guys Heating, Cooling & Electrical Electrician
The first time we has issues with this unit we were told by building maintenance that we caused the issue by pushing too many buttons on the remote. When the issue had continued we contacted HVAC companies as we had not touched the remote and were still having issues, The first company that came out told us we were completely out of Coolant, had a major leak issue, that they system had not been properly installed or maintained. They told us we needed to print out the manual for the unit, that they would need to access other units to fix the issues, and told us they would have to come back another day to do the repairs, and this came with a quote of over a thousand dollars + service call. I wish i could remember the name of the tech that came out for great guys, if i get it later i will edit. Wed the 26th we had them out because our LG wall unit was not working. The tech was on time, called me before he arrived and was very nice throughout the process seemed happy to be there, happy to help. Explained everything to me as he was working. Told us the unit instal was fine, but were behind on a maintenance check. The unit was not out of coolant but was low, there was leak at the surface port but he could fix with leak stop and some tightening of fittings that had become loose. He did not need us to print out the manul and give it to him he was familiar with the unit, He did not need to access other units in the building, he did not need to come back another day to get us up and running. Our unit is working we have fresh cool air ! They did not give us the run around around, and did if for about a 3rd of what another company said it would cost. I even told him the story about being told the ladies in the office push to many buttons on the remote being the issue and when he left he told me, push as many buttons as you want you are good to go not only was he on time, respectful, seemed acutly happy to help us out, it was at a great price and came with a good laugh, which we needed after all the headaches with this unit. Thanks great guys will recommend and be calling you in future for our hvac needs ( I will even use them for my home after this experience )

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
I needed to correct another company's gas pipe installation that was causing my HOA heartburn. They came right out to do the estimate, quoted a fair price signed the agreement on the spot and scheduled the install the very next day. They showed up prcisely on time time and knocked out the job in excellent time. Upon inspection it was exactly as I requested. Dan and Kyle were great to work with. I even scheduled another job with them before they left. Could NOT ask for more!!Thank you

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Electrician
Alan and Steve were great. On-time, very professional. I don't always like having contractors in my house while my husband isn't home but that is not a worry with these guys.I've had a few hiccups with the scheduling and most of the time they fix the issue. So if you run into the same scheduling issues feel confident it doesn't reflect the quality their work.

Golden West Plumbing & Heating is fabulous! It was snowing and well below zero, and they came out late at night to service our furnace, and it didn't cost us fortune, even for an after hours visit. They were knowledgeable about the products and services as well as respectful to our house, our specific needs and time. I would call them again in a heart beat. Two thumbs up to Chris and his team!
