Clyde was assigned to my house. We had a leak in a shut off valve that went out to a sprinkler system (that we aren’t using). Clyde replaced the valve quickly and answered several of my questions. After a few days we spotted some more minor leaks, and I called back and was able to talk directly to Clyde to troubleshoot and avoided another visit which would have been unnecessary. The repair wasn’t cheap, but it seemed reasonable based on other online estimates. After getting burned with some expensive and not helpful service from a different plumbing company several months ago, I really appreciated Clyde’s willingness to communicate with us, and the fact that every time I’ve called Done’s someone has answered the phone.

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

Installation of furnace and A/C unit also moved water heater. The crew was so professional and informative about all the changes that will happen. The crew was very neat and cleaned everything once the job was complete. Austin also showed me all of the equipment an trained me on the thermostat. I would recommend this company to everyone. The crew that came to my home included Austin Aucone, Romeo Sandoval, Kale T, and Jordon Wellhorn. They all deserve a congratulations for job well done. This also includes Ben, Shannon, Michael everyone was very informative and delightful.

Rude office staff won't even let you speak with a Estimator or Tech

Initially, I booked an appointment online for having my drain un-clogged on a Saturday morning. Since I did not receive an email confirmation, I phoned and found that somehow I had booked the appointment for the following week. Kelly fixed the appointment an notified the technician. The technician called me shortly thereafter to advise that he would be here in 30 minutes.He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, did his work quietly and effectively, then cleaned up the work area after. No surprise charges. Plumbline observes usage of COVID protection. Great care was taken to protect my home from soiling by the technician and the equipment. I could not be more satisfied!

Marcus, Lamar and the rest of the team at Befort were phenomenal to work with when our AC unit broke and was spilling water into the room underneath. They were able to come check it out within the same day I called. They were thorough, professional, and took the time and care to explain to me what was happening in the AC system and what my potential options are. Made my problem painless. I had a backed up kitchen sink. Called in the morning and by 2pm Roberto was at my house and took care of it efficiently. He also gave me lots of great info on all the things I need check each year. I'll probably sign up for their annual service.

Their pricing is very reasonable and their work ethics is something to commend them on! We were amazed at how professional they all are, that they made it look like a piece of cake! These plumbing experts are the one you'd wanna call when you need services. I highly recommend them.

I have had an issue a few times where water was backing up into the basement. I had the same tech Jay show up for the last couple of times this happened. He was able to snake out the pipe to the main and recommended a camera to look in there. They came out at no charge to run the Camera. Mason Reynolds, came out and answered all of my questions and gave me a few different options and estimates. The service and expertise were amazing. It looks like I'll need a more permanent solution for the root problem I'll be calling on them to do this repair for sure.

If I could give them more stars, I would. During an inspection for the sale of our house, we found out we had water under the subfloor in the basement. My husband has already moved for work, so I am alone, and I know nothing about home maintenance and repairs. After calling a restoration service, they immediately called JD's Plumbing. This all started around 2:30. Tony was at our house by 3:30, and by 4:30, both of our sump pumps were replaced and the water was almost gone.

During this event, my (brilliant) cat decided to jump down into the crawlspace where all this water was. She ended up not wanting to come out. John came by to deliver the second sump pump for installation, and he ended up putting down a tarp and crawling down to get her. Of course, with all the water that was down there previously, he came out completely filthy, but he rescued her!

I cannot thank them enough for not only their speedy service and great work, but for also being compassionate during my time of need and helping me get my terrified cat so I didn't have to crawl down there later. They were amazing, and I would definitely use them again. In fact, we need to get our furnace certified, and they said they can absolutely help with that when we need them.

Josh was extremely professional - did a great job diagnosing our issue (sewer) and clearing out the main and secondary line. He also arranged for a tech to come out and scope our sewer line to determine what other issues might exist. Very satisfied with this service!

Crystal and Ira were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable while completing our service. They found an unexpected larger issue with our plumbing and did an excellent job explaining the issue and our options for repair to us new home owners. We’re so glad they caught it and can get it fixed before it became a huge problem!

Had an appointment between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Tuesday but got a call about 3:00 pm that they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for Thursday same time but got a call Thursday morning with another excuse but would come later after 4:00. Got a call about 8:00 pm that he couldn’t make it. Rescheduled for Saturday morning...we’ll see!Jose arrived on schedule Saturday morning and did an excellent job. He determined that the flame detector was causing the humidifier to malfunction and it was a simple fix. He also replaced the humidifier thermostat just to be sure and did a complete inspection of the furnace. Because of the scheduling delays he waived the charges and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

One of their Denver employees has sticky fingers. He stole my phone and the company will do nothing to help and wants to continue working with him. So if you choose this company hide your belongings, or choose another company. He should not be allowed in trusting homes.
