I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Christopher did an amazing job. He was on time and was very professional, he gave us the quote and got to work. We needed all the lights replaced and ceiling fan hook ups in both of my bedrooms. Josh came for our plumbing inspection and was absolutelywonderful, he took care of some things he wasn't required to for us since we've had some rough times lately and it was very much appreciated. Brothers, and all their technicians that we've met have been excellent.

We had Dr. Fix It install a furnace on 3/16/20. We found it was slightly under sized. Chris Guzman come out and he installed a new furnace one size larger on 1/20/22 and we couldn't be happier. (For no cost I might add.) We have also had them do electrical work and plumbing and are extreemly satisfied.

We have used AAARK for small jobs like replacing a faucet to large job. They put an addition onto our home, all new kitchen, living room, dinning room and basement too. It is beautiful!

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

Brian showed up on time, and sent a text in advance of arrival. Polite, professional, and easy to chat with, he went straight to work after a pleasant hello. Explained the problem is easy terms and fixed it quickly. Also set us up on a VIP service (based on our aging furnace, etc) which will cause multi-year checkups on our systems. Great job.

SJO Electric came to my house because I wanted them to give me an estimate to replace the entire electrical in my house (because I was previously told by someone else that it needed to be done).
Todd came over and looked at my electrical system and told me the issue I was having (for which I was told I needed to rewire the whole house) wasn’t caused by my supposedly too old and bad/unsafe electrical system.
He told me instead that the electrical system I have is actually good and doesn’t need to be replaced.
I was really surprised at this and I can’t say how much I appreciate SJO and Todd’s expertise and time! Overall it is quite uncommon (unfortunately :( really uncommon) to find an honest electrician...now I know I can trust SJO.
SJO just became my electrical company and I am certainly going to recommend SJO to anyone in need of some electric work.

terrible - had an issue with them with an A/C went with out A/C for six weeks. No call not following up - tried to be understanding and called them again for a heating issue ... that was nearly three months ago. Epic Epic Fail. When I called and spoke with them the lady (owner) was terrible and tried to say it was my fault!

I don't think I could of possibly went with a less professional company or qualified. If I could have rated 0 stars that is what I would definitely have chosen. What kind of electrical company doesn't have licensed electricians? It was impossible to get through to someone in their office when they didn't show up. Finally I got through and they sent out a young kid. I asked him for his license verification and he said he didn't have one but had been doing work for two years. He left black hand prints all over my walls, left holes in my walls. Some I'm not even sure why he cut them in the first place? He was on his phone the entire time, possibly trying to learn what to do. It was pretty obvious he didn't have professional training or know how. He installed switches and receptacles with obviously used ones when I was charged for new. I called and requested for them to send a licensed electrician but they rudely said they didn't have one available. Im pretty sure electricians are all supposed to be licensed. I ended up having another electrical company come out. (Wish I would have went with the other in the first place). Found out the work the kid did wasn't even up to code. So I had to have it redone. Plus get my walls patched up and scrub off the black marks, along with cleaning up the mess from where he did work. My three way switches were working on one side but not the other. It ended up costing me a lot when all said and done. How Maxx Tech is still in business is beyond me if this is how they provide service.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!
I would definitely use them again if and when we have heating, plumbing, or electrical issues!
