My heat stopped working this past weekend (indoor temp of 54 F). They were able to send someone the same day to fix it and ghe technician was so professional and friendly. He clearly articulated the issue and fixed it in no time. I would highly recommend this business!

Every person I delt with in the replacement of my old furnace and ac were outstanding. Each was knowledgeable and respectful. I was given options and information on each. Once the chose was made, the installers were on time, efficient and very kind. Even when there was a glitch, Richard stayed to work it out and got me up and running before the next snow storm. The new furnace is great and all the people are super. The whole operation is efficient from scheduling, to texting a photo of who would be at your door, and follow up.

I have used AAARK twice, first to service my AC and second to install a Aprilaire 800 Humidifier. Travis and Stu were the installers and showed up on time and did an excellent job installing and explaining the setup to me. The system needed a minor adjustment so Matt and Chad came out a few days later and made the necessary adjustments at no charge. Highly professional staff and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Ethan with Great Guys did a great job fixing the blower motor on our old furnace. Wasn’t an easy job, he was dedicated and even followed up with us the next day.

Craig was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and just a very nice guy. He problem shot the issue we are having with our showers hot water not working properly and made several suggestions as to why this might be happening. He didn’t put pressure on us to decide today what to do but instead left us with good, sound options. Definitely will ask for Craig to do the work when we decide which option works best for us

My living room’s thermostat would not turn off the boiler (installed by AAA in 2016) in my garage. The temperature, in my living room reached 92 degrees with no sign of slowing down…heat just kept pumping out of the living and dining room vents. Chris Young, HVAC technician, arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, gave me a clear explanation of the problem, and gave me options. I really appreciated his professionalism, and his kindness. AAA Service will always be my go-to company for plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.

We are very impressed with the professionalism of Tipping Hat. They are very knowledgeable of boiler systems and heard they are one of the best in the business. They are very responsive, timely, and professional. They explained everything and walked us through the install. They also offered interest-free financing which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend them to replace your boiler.

WHAT A PAIN!!!The furnace was not working and blinking a pressure code so we called Blue Sky. A kid by the name of Gage came out and spent a couple of hours, CUT A PIPE and still couldn't find the problem even with calling his supervisor numerous times. Gage told us they needed to come back with a camera to go on the roof and look down into the exhaust vent and that would be $300 without any repairs and charged us $200 to do nothing but cut our pipe and left it like that!I then called Smith and Willis they came out and fixed it easily and they were baffled why the pipe was cut!2 MONTHS LATER several phone calls and emails later they refunded my $200 and sent Gage out to put a coupling over the pipe! I sent him away and they sent another tech the next day who was also just going to do a coupling over it and my husband told him that was unacceptable so he FINALLY replaced the pipe!Final note...both techs reeked of cigarettes!!!

The plumber/electrican was completely competent and a very pleasant guy. He explained everything and gave me options for what I wanted him to do. The only improvement would be the pricing not the plumber/ electrician. Very expensive and like a car repair you are charged alot of labor and it only takes him 3 hours for 6-8 hours billing. There was some flexibility in the pricing but it was very expensive despite some coupons which they honored. Nice people . Great for an emergency 24/7.
