Davarius stopped by to just work on our main water shut-off valve leak and ended up leaving us with 2 hose spigots replaced, a shower that drains perfectly, a kitchen sink that no longer leaks when we run the disposal, AND a toilet that doesn't wobble anymore! The job was WAY more than he expected and he was incredibly nice about it. Said, Whatever you need to get done; I'm here to help you. and got it done!We had a particular tricky setup with very old pipes that weren't installed correctly that he had to work on, but he powered through it all! He also had no problems explaining to me what he was doing since I was curious. Great guy to have in our home.If everyone at Heart is like Davarius, then I don't see myself needing to call any other company for the work I need done. THANK YOU!!

Fantastic service. This is something everyone dreads calling the plumber or hvac guys. This is the second time we've used thier services. The first time my wife and I were due at the hospital in 2 and a half hours to be induced with our first child. A pipe burst in our basement and brothers arranged a way to meet with my mother while we went to the hospital. Fast forward 3 and a half years mid summer monsoon and our furnace blower motor seizes. It took 24 hours considering it was a weekend but they came and rescued us again! Wont use any one else and will have them back soon to repair the system that showed ware during thier repairs!

UPDATE:After a rough start ended up using them for a couple jobs and the service and work quality were great. However, as they will communicate up front they are not the most inexpensive. I do put a premium on service and quality, but there is a limit. My last project was to replace a 1 vacuum breaker and they were twice as expensive as two other reputable companies. So if you are cost conscious might want to consider shopping around a bit.Set up a time with a 2:00 to 4:00pm window. They called me at 3:30 and asked to move to 4:00 to 6:00 window to which I agreed. Called me at 6:30 to say they still couldn't make it. Seems like they have plenty of business so you may want to consider another shop.

I called AAA for a spring tuneup of my AC and they promptly scheduled me for the next morning. Chuck was the technician that serviced our unit. He was very pleasant and polite and thoroughly explained any concerns that he had after he inspected and serviced our HVAC. AAA has been the only company that I have used while we have been living in this house for the past two years. I will continue to rely on them because they provide excellent and prompt service.

Steven was right on time for the appointment window including his 45min call ahead. He quickly got to work diagnosing the error code on the furnace and even noticed an issue with the drain pipe leaking that he troubleshooted, cleared out, and rebuilt all in under an hour. I was very impressed and grateful to have a working system again! Very happy we went with a Blue Sky for our install and continued service =)
