I called to do a service on our HVAC system, because we hadn't done it yet since buying our house. Their scheduling always seems to be quite fast, as each service call we had occurred within a day or two of the initial call. After assessing our equipment, it was determined to be incredibly old, way past the normal life span, barely functional, and we ended up needing a full furnace, AC, and water heater replacement. Nasty shock, but with winter about to hit, it seemed like a smart thing to do.The full system replacement didn't seem like an upsell, because two of their technicians, Julio and Eric, each out on different days, showed me in detail the insides of all the equipment and explained the difficulty in servicing such old equipment. It was also explained how much more energy efficient the new equipment would be (4x more efficient, or more), so that was a plus as well.They scheduled the service the very next day. The techs Matt, Austin, and Robert arrived at 9:30am the next morning, and they were finished with the entire system by about 4:00 I think. The new equipment almost looked space aged compared to the old clunkers we had before. There was a lot of custom work that was done: new exhaust, wiring, duct work, etc, so it wasn't just a plug-and-play setup. There were no additional charges for anything, as they had promised during the initial quote. The techs were very professional and friendly, and explained the whole system in detail when they were done. They are also coming back to clean my entire duct system at no charge, since that was included in the whole install.I was also pleased to learn from their tech Eric that this is a local Denver-metro area based company. It seemed like a much larger company, but in a good way, in that they have a great office staff and they seem to have a whole slew of field guys doing service. Which is cool because it seems to have started with three guys in a pickup truck 30 years ago. Their services now probably cost a bit more than having one independent guy, but the service seems to be supported by a whole team of people, which I would prefer. They're even helping me figure out the Xcel energy efficiency rebates, which is great.I did end up buying their yearly maintenance plan for like $200. I just spent a huge chunk of change on my new HVAC and water heater, so I like knowing that it will be maintained properly and last as long as possible.

Chad was great! On time, friendly and got the job done quickly. Not to mention he had to brave my super scary basement! I will continue doing my yearly furnace maintenance with AAARK. I highly recommend them.

Roger McNealy found that the water leaking into my basement came from my guest toilet on floor above and he proceeded to professionally resolve the issue.

Electrical and Wiring Repair
Had Brian come out and repair some old outlets and wiring, and he did a phenomenal job!. Very quick as well! Will be having him come out and install new light fixtures in our closet. 100% recommend!!

Izzy Guana was my technician. He was very professional and informative and conducted a full AC inspection. He pointed out issues (our system is old) but did not make me feel pressured and I feel much more knowledgeable about our HVAC system now. I will be asking for him directly for any future HVAC needs!

Ricky’s services were top notch. He was super friendly and did great work. He took the time to show me everything step by step that he was doing and was very thorough in his explanations. Even gave me a couple pointers on how to avoid future plumbing issues and get the most life out of the pipes. 10/10!

I'm not a plumber or electrician by trade, but I really appreciate when these professionals help us fix things up, they also explain why things are broken and how it all works. Brendan really knows his stuff and explained some complicated mechanisms in relatively simple terms. Oftentimes dealing with a broken boiler is not fun, Brendan made it a pleasant ordeal. Great guy.
