I called at 4:45pm on a Monday, they had a service-man (Pete) out to my home at 10:00am the next morning. Super professional, did a great job explaining what was wrong, why, and how to keep it from happening again. Fixed my problem 100%. Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Our furnace stopped in the evening and Thomas fixed it over the phone for free. Avoided a big bill and a cold night!

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

My sewage line clogged and left a terrible mess. Scheduled with Elite that day. Tech was stuck in traffic so a manager came to prevent any delays and solved the problem quickly...thank you Elite! We will be using them again for any future issues.

So far my experience with them has been very good. The have been on time, have explained everything well, and seem to have typical charges for these services. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. I’ve used their services twice and am under contract with them.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
