Gave recommendation for the air flitter we should be using on the furnace which we will be switching over to soon. Also recommended to do the membership which will be enrolling in soon. The estimator was thorough in adding needed components to his quote so our existing system was correct to code (which the original home builder did not do). Finally, their costs were quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend them.

AAA's office was very professional and responsive. Josh, the service guy, was awesome. He took great care in ensuring my house didn't get dirty with his equipment or job; he made suggestions for additional service, but did not push or pressure me; he explained my invoice and was very positive and personable. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

Mitchell was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and thoroughly professional. As a technician, I certainly recommend him. Billy came for about five minutes to check on Mitchell and then left. Mitchell defined the problem quickly, a nonfunctioning zone valve, and then pointed out several other things that could be corrected. He prepared three estimates: $564 to repair the valve; $3000 to repair the other items; and $7000 to do a complete overhaul. I was shocked by the estimates and questioned why replacement of one zone valve should be $564. The explanation involved cost of the part, shipping, supply chains, etc. I was going to replace the valve myself but, in addition to this problem, had a refrigerator whose compressor quit and had to be replaced, and a car in the shop and did not want to deal with it. I told him to go ahead. It took less than ten minutes to insert the new valve. As he was doing it, I checked Amazon and the Honeywell valve retail cost is $76. He was there about one hour, so if Tipping Hat bought the valves at retail cost, their technician makes $488/hr. Everything is working fine now, no complaints, and it was done professionally. But their charges are exorbitant and I cannot recommend them for value or quality.

Major kudos to Blue Sky Plumbing and especially my tech Daniel Downing! During the major rain storm in May 2023 our sump pump stopped working and we ended up with substantial flooding in our basement. I was working for hours during the worst of the storm, into the late evening with a shop vac just to keep up with the inflow of water. The next morning I called Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. Amazingly, they got me on their schedule and Daniel showed up within a very short time to help us. He removed the old sump pump, installed a new pump that was custom fit to our space, tested the pump for proper functioning and cleaned up in roughly an hour. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It is times like these that you really want someone who knows what they are doing to help you. Great experience with Golden West all around. The phone was answered promptly when I called. The rep was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. Chris VanMeter arrived in the window and I was given a call to confirm. The guys explained the process, gave me an estimate to repair or replace, and got to work. About 30 minutes later my swamp cooler was working and I was educated. Thanks again for the great service.
