We had an intermittent leak that several other plumbers had been unable to identify. The plumber sent by Done listened to the history, found the potential problem, proved it was an actual problem and made recommendations to prevent it in the future. Very impressive service and value.

My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

Next time you schedule a pipe to spring a leak in your house, be sure to avoid Friday afternoons. I called something around five emergency plumbers and got dates spanning the next Monday (three days away) to the 27th (over 20 days away). I called TCF and was delighted to find Thomas at my door the next day at 8:30 am. He fixed it within the next half hour, wore shoe protection and a mask the whole time, and even took a look at other pipes to give me some maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend!

Josh did a wonderful job giving us a fair and informed estimate and we were lucky enough to get an install date for the next day. His installation of our new water heater went smoothly and he kept us informed of what was going on throughout the process. Josh was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! We will be using Josh and Tipping Hat for any future plumbing, heating or electric needs.

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

Todays service using Plumbline was no less exceptional than any other experience I’ve had with this company. Jon the service tech is clearly a professional and does his job well but things did not go well between us and the company and we cancelled our membership after one visit from Jon just to have our system inspected and turned on:Jon inspection system and found it was in very poor condition and needed extensive/expensive repairs, or to just be replaced, I told him we would probably replace but it was very expensive so we needed time to sort finances.Jon left a few voicemails asking if I wanted to buy a new system over the next week (approx 35k, two full systems, big house).A week later it got sweltering hot and our toddlers couldn’t sleep, so we needed help quickly, so I called to get full repairs done as quickly as possible.I talked to Gary. He told me Jon was out of office until the following Monday so nothing could be done because only Jon could give estimate of repairs. I said “you’re all on iPads and networked so can’t you just have a service tech use Jon’s notes to give an estimate?” No. Also I asked Gary to check if a blower motor was in stock because Jon had told me one of mine was broken. He said he didn’t want to order it because the estimate hadn’t been done. I said just check if you have it so I know what kind of wait I’m in for. Gary refused to check.Gary told me Jon would call me first thing Monday morning with the estimate and that Tuesday he was fairly certain repairs could be done. Fine.Monday comes, Gary calls and leaves no message. I call back twice to get him to answer. Mid morning he tells me Jon is in hospital. (Sorry to hear, don’t want to be insensitive, Jon seems very nice) and he may get back to me tomorrow. It’s been in the 90s over the weekend and my wife and kids can’t sleep. I asked Gary to have another tech check Jon’s notes and give estimate. He said he can’t do that. I asked Gary to have another tech come today and give estimate. He said he can’t because it’s short notice.Gary seemed put out that I would be pushy considering Jon’s condition. I hope Jon is ok but Gary seemed uninterested in helping us with our situation and made it seem as though Swan didn’t need us. Gary has known our situation for five days and hasn’t attempted to help us, and frankly has been rude. Full disclosure I have been somewhat pushy because of the circumstances but definitely not rude.Two stars is fair, the customer service is lacking. The company clearly does well and doesn’t mind losing a few customers when things become inconvenient. Or at least Gary doesn’t mind. I canceled our membership though they kept our initial fee. All that was done was Jon’s initial visit. I’m very hot and very frustrated.My guess is your experience will probably be fine with this company and that my situation is an outlier, but I’m sick of being treated poorly by customer service so this putting this online seems appropriate. If Swan heating and air reads this then the takeaway should be that Gary lost you a customer with a house that has two heating cooling systems that need fully refurbished. A few thousand I imagine. Too bad.

We were having issues with our AC and a technician came out in an incredibly timely manner and fixed the problem so quickly! My family and I will definitely be using Befort Plumbing & Heating again in the future.

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We plan on calling them again in the spring when it comes time for our air conditioner tune-up. Thank you for a great experience.

Had Blue Sky out to check on possible swamp cooler issues. Jake Canady was on time and diagnosed the issues and documented the problems in very short order. Super happy with his thorough explanation of our options and he corrected the issues while offering a very reasonable repair cost. We would highly recommend Blue Sky for any repair need.

We originally called JDs Plumbing for a new AC unit. Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.

I would give 4.5 stars but apparently that's not an option. We had an electrician come out on Easter Sunday. He fixed our bad breakers. He was efficient and knowledable.

As always Andy did a great job. The office communication were perfect letting me know when he would arrive so I would have a heads up. Andy is professional prompt and great at explaining everything he was doing. Always like working with this team.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!
