Best Emergency Water Heater Repair in Denver CO

My water heater went out friday morning. After fighting with my home warranty to get a technician to come out and look at it, I called HEART and they scheduled me with a technician within a few hours. Corey came out Sunday morning and determined I needed a new water heater. Corey was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything with great detail. HEART heating, cooling, plumbing & Electric will be my go to for any future relevant needs.

I am absolutely floored at the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work provided by this company and the electrician, Wayne, who was dispatched to my place. I am a full convert from my local company subscription to Absolute. I returned from vacation to have no power to my kitchen, and no amount of popping the circuit breakers back and forth fixed the issue. Wayne came out, described the issue and several estimates for potential repairs, and I picked the option that worked for my budget and needs. The estimate project was completed in less than 2 hours, and I feel safer in my own home, knowing the power surges that created the original problem will no longer be an issue. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Charles and his team. We had a panel replaced as well as getting some of our older outlets grounded. Bid was extremely competitive - over 50% less than what I was getting from 'big' companies who seemed more interested in getting me signed up for their recurring subscription plans. Charles was so great to work with - he even moved a shed in our yard when it turned out it was too close to the work being done. Above and beyond service!

Joe P. was early and kind enough to wait for us to get home. He provided amazing, professional service and really seemed to care and think through the problems with our sump pump. Our technician Mark went above and beyond yesterday- after having no heat or no hot water during a cold snap, the first company we brought in told our landlord that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and had to be replaced. Mark came in the same day (6 pm) and stayed until midnight cleaning our furnace and making it safe to use. We can't recommend this company enough, we were thoroughly impressed with the service and the professionalism. Thank you so much, Mark! You were great!
