Our technician Isaac showed up knew what he was doing fix the problem. Nice courteous gracious Knowledgeable about his job make sure i knew what was going on. And had the furnace fixed a timely manner deafly would refer business and technician to family members and friends.

The technician arrived at our home on time and was extremely polite and well mannered. He diagnosed our electrical problem quickly and performed the necessary repair in a very timely manner. He also performed an electrical safety/energy inspection and passed along his recommendations. I really appreciated his candor, attitude and professionalism and would recommend the Wirenut.

Mark did a wonderful job at explaining everything. He took his time and was very patient as I run a child care out of my home.James installed the new furnace he too was also very professional. Also the gentleman that delivered the new furnace helped and was nice.

I have been updating my older home , and had a very good experience with aaark. From plumbing to hood vent installed all the way to new meter and elec.panel update. Our water heater tank ruptured today. My husband and I were a bit distressed as this put us without water. Called a few places and explained the situation. None had availability for a couple of days (!) and none really seemed to care that we would be without water for that period of time.Called AAA and was met with a kind operator on the phone who assured us they would do everything they could to get us a new water heater installed by the end of the day. Called around 12:30pm and had a new water heater installed by 3:00. Doug Hammond was our tech and was friendly, professional, very quick and tidy. He explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to work with and pricing was very reasonable; inspection and permits included.I would definitely use AAA again and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing, heating or electric services.

Isaiah came out and assessed our clogged kitchen drain. He had the clog cleared in short order and even helped us with a small fix on a bathroom faucet. We've never had any issues using this company and we highly recommend them.

We had a pipe start leaking late in the evening on a Saturday. We called around and didn't have any luck finding someone that would come out and help us that night. I found Golden West on google and gave them a call and they dispatched someone to help us right away. Anthony came, evaluated the problem and gave us a few options for repair. Anthony was knowledgeable and took care of the problem very quickly and with terrific customer service. I hope we don't have another problem like this, but if we do I will be calling Golden West Plumbing!
