Best Emergency Furnace Repair in Denver CO

Our neighbor recommended Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc, and we decided to see what they had to offer. We contacted them to install a heating system and were surprised by their nominal charges for their services. They did an incredible job, and we are thankful to have found this company.

Thomas is a Master Plumber who was the definition of above, beyond, and professional. We had a sprinkler system backflow line that ruptured in multiple places due to the recent cold, combined with a blown control box that prevented us from clearing the system beforehand. We either needed to hit the sprinkler shutoff near the city main (Plan A), or replace the backflow lines/valves (Plan B), so that we could have water to the house without flooding the foundation outside.

He got us on his roster for the very next day, immediately sent a quote (which was extremely reasonable for such a short notice job), and assured us that if he could get here any earlier he would. He kept in close contact about his arrival, arrived earlier than expected, assessed our situation, left to get a unique tool for our sprinkler main valve, found out even THAT didn't work (the valve is 8-12 ft in the ground or something ridiculous), and then executed a Plan C which was to just cut the line before the damaged piping and put in a stop valve. Plan C was about $500 cheaper than Plan B and just as effective, although temporary, which we knew. He did it in under 10 minutes. Value was amazing - I've spent way more money on way dumber things.

Thomas even left us the replacement parts for cost, gave me an overview of how to tackle the replacement, and although extremely busy that day, actively listened to every issue I discussed and never made me feel rushed. When the city wouldn't help us nail the sprinkler valve because it was after the city main, Thomas said he'd look into getting a tool to help out.

This is mostly just a list of events, but Thomas was 1,000% truly and genuinely invested in his work and making sure that we were taken care of properly and walked away with some knowledge. He asked questions about how we found his business, if we liked how his appointment system was set up, etc - you can just obviously tell he legitimately cares. Turns out, he can also work on our blown control box and does heating as well. So, TCF is now in our contact list for whenever we need these services again. Highly recommend, A++.

I specifically scheduled a water heater inspection (a month ago) with Tipping Hat because I've had superior customer service from them in the past.My appointment was today at 2:00 and I both moved things around in my Calendar and physically moved boxes to accommodate the inspection. At 8:00 am they texted me to tell me they would not be coming and to schedule with another plumbing company. According to the message, the technician who handles water heater inspections isn't taking new clients.First, I'm not a new client. I've had them to my house at least two times. Second, I've been on their books for a month, so there was ample time for them to cancel this appointment. A six-hour notice just isn't professional.I understand that things happen. I've cancelled day-of appointments and hope the business understands. But, this cancellation doesn't hold up.

If their driving is any indication they suck.

This was a remarkable service today the like of which I've never seen before. Mike located the problem, but had to notify my Centennial Water Department as they might have had to do the work. He made sure he got past leave a message to get the communication accomplished. Then Plumbline management had him remain in my home until the Centennial serviceman arrived. And well done, as Mike was the one to actually do the work, much to my relief.In addition to this positive and professional experience, Mike is just a terrific person to be getting to know. I wish him the most successful career and life.

UPDATE: We will not be using this company anymore. They seem to be jacking up the cost of repairs, their bids are so much more than others who we end up hiring. For example, Blue Sky replaced a water pump on our Evaporative Cooler a year ago for more than $700. The pump quit working this year and, because we felt ripped off by Blue Sky last year, we had another company replace the pump this year, for $335. They also told us that Blue Sky installed the wrong pump last year, which may be why it failed. We also felt huge pressure last year from the Blue Sky service guy who was trying to get us to just purchase a new EC instead of repairing our current one. We felt like he was taking advantage of us, being seniors.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have used Blue Sky since they installed our evaporative cooler eight years ago, or so. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will continue to use them.

The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project.

My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs.

Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done. They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects.

Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order.

The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review.

Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible. Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

Brendan was friendly, very professional, helpful and experienced. My team enjoyed having him in our studio. Golden West provided us with a great technician and after years of trying to find a company that would set us up on a maintenance schedule, they were also able to help us with that. We’re excited to have found them!

Ben Dearborn is very professional and knowledgeable. Answered every question we asked. He fixed our sump pump. Would definitely recommend the company.

They put in a new AC for my mom and gave my grandma a new thermostat and air purifier system, very affordable and friendly! Great to work with a family owned company!
