AAARK is a great choice for you HVAC needs they were less expensive than their competitors. Mat and Jimmy were very professional. Jimmy the electrician ran his wire and connected everything to the box, inspected and secured the wire, he was very friendly an super helpful. I will likely request him for future AAARK electrical work.

Matt has done an amazing job with the installation of my under cabinet radiator he kept the project clean and even came out to adjust the positioning of the radiator, he did outstanding work. He also talked to us about upgrading to a more efficient boiler/hot water heater setup. Showed me pictures of other more efficient set ups and I look forward to contracting AAARK for that install.

Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

We were disappointed they didn't have a technician available when our heater stopped in the middle of the night. However, the customer center employee who called us back right away in the morning was kind and helped get someone out quickly the same morning. The technician that helped was timely, knew what he was doing, and did not try to sell us on things that were unneeded. Will use again!

I hired SJO Electric through my general contractor. They were hired to do a significant amount of work at my home: installing new circuits, relocating receptacles and switches, and installing 86+ lighting fixtures. SJO has been pre-paid to perform all of this work.

Mid project I discovered that neither SJO nor my contractor pulled any of the required permits for this work. Both SJO and the contractor walked off the job when I questioned this.

To date, SJO is refusing to return to complete the job. I was left with electrical work that not only was not permitted, it was not even up to code! Additionally, they will not speak with me or refund me the $10,585 they were pre-paid for parts and labor to install my light fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. I have detailed invoices and a signed statement from SJO accounting department to confirm this.

Ed has been a nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't hire Ed or SJO to change the batteries in a flashlight, much less to any actual electrical work in a house. The electrician I hired to finish the job was highly critical of the work performed by SJO.

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.

I can't say enough about AAA Service. Everything about the way they conduct their business is quality, from the individuals who log the calls to the technicians. They are on time, honest, neat, competent and their communication with you from beginning to end is excellent.I first became acquainted with AAA Service when helping my sister with getting her kitchen sink/garbage disposal unclogged. I hired AAA Service through Home Advisor and Brian, 'Drain Dude' was dispatched to the call. Brian was very pleasant, very competent very neat, and had everything with him to accomplish the fix. I turned out that a pipe joint had to be reworked and Brian took care of that as well as the clog. I appreciated everything he did and the charge was very very reasonable.Now, 6 months later (May 2020 and mid pandemic), I again needed a plumber to repair a leak in a waste line in a rental condominium. I made a point to call AAA because of how that clogged sink call had gone with Brian, the Drain Dude. This time, Abel Aragon was dispatched to the call, and Abel continued the 100% positive experience with AAA. Abel was on time, finished within the time he estimated would be needed, came with everything he needed to complete the job, and the final charge was exactly as quoted.I am very glad to have found this wonderful, locally owned company in Denver and they will continue to be the company I call when I need these services. Excellent and professional. We had our water mainline break outside right after a day of snowfall. Phillip came within an hour of my call to Golden West and was able to troubleshoot the issue and provide pricing options on the spot. After we selected the option we wanted and signed the contract, Phillip and his crew were back the very next day (a Saturday) and worked all day in the snow to replace the water line. They obtained all the necessary permits and scheduled the inspection with the City. When the City inspector identified an issue, they resolved the issue the very next day and we incurred no additional charges. When digging up our yard, they were very considerate of the landscaping and made sure to lay plywood on the grass to pile all the dirt on. They even took care to save all the sod they took up and put it back in place. I honestly can’t even tell there was once a huge hole in our yard. I feel they were a bit more expensive than other plumbers we have used in the past, but totally worth it considering how well run this company is and the excellent service. Will definitely use them again and refer friends.
