Chad did a terrific job figuring out the source of a slow leak in a complicated area of plumbing - and came up with a fix to the problem that also made the valves and pipes under our sink much better than before. Thanks!

Our neighbor recommended Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc, and we decided to see what they had to offer. We contacted them to install a heating system and were surprised by their nominal charges for their services. They did an incredible job, and we are thankful to have found this company.

Jacob P was very professional and was able to quickly fix our furnace issue. This was unfortunately after the first technician Steven who initially did an overhaul caused the furnace to no longer work. Regardless of the first incident the company was quick to respond and fix the issue, I would use their services again but not request Steven to be our technician.

Technicians were VERY knowledgeable and my install was great. Office staff, not so much. My install job was not handled well on the admin level and I was left hanging. They don't know the permit procedure as well as a company of this level should have. Not impressed.

We were having issues with our AC and a technician came out in an incredibly timely manner and fixed the problem so quickly! My family and I will definitely be using Befort Plumbing & Heating again in the future.

We called Freedom Plumbing in Denver to fix our tenant's problems and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. I called my tenants right away and they had nothing but great things to say about the plumber that came out. We got great professional service for a reasonable cost. We are excited to build a long term relationship with Freedom Plumbing!

Edited 5/2023: Needed them in a pinch over a holiday to fix a small leak. $300 for 30 minutes of work, WOW! Though In fairness, he did tell me that's how much it would cost before he started the repair. At that point, I thought shoot he's here let's do it. After seeing what he did I could have bought the part for $42 myself and done myself in the same amount of time, was basically just a shark bite valve.

Carlos was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Golden West is good professional company that has helped me more than once out of home repair trouble.

Ross was fantastic and will be using them in the near future to get the problem resolved

Horizon has always done a great job with my Heating and Air. I have also enjoyed their dryer duct and garage door maintenance. Very professional and always available.

THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the same day they cancelled the appointment. Not only the same day, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They charge a trip charge of $49 and the only compensation they would give for cancelling was to not charge the trip charge. They wouldn't have charged that anyway, when I paid for the service. This is so unprofessional to treat customers like this. It has been 90-100 degrees and they left my 83 year old mother without the cooling option that they were to provide.Reply to owner response: If your implying this was a fake review, because you cannot locate me, that just points to your companies lack of organization. My appointment was rescheduled, but they didn't send me a confirmation like they did the first time. They probably messed up the rescheduled appointment also. And you had a chance to make it right already and you offered nothing of the sort.

I really wanted to love this company, but my experience has been awful. I dont understand how they have such great reviews. I called for a swamp cooler start up, and to repair what needed to be. I put way too much trust into this technician. I had to reschedule my first appointment because they were going to be an hour late after the 2 hour window. The technician came at 530, then worked for 2 hours and charged me $972, I didn't care if my house would be cool! Next day it started leaking. My husband called first thing Monday, someone could not come until Tuesday evening. Then they no showed, while my family of 5 baked in our 80 degree house. I will never use this company again. Looking back I wish I never agreed to pay that amount, could have done it myself. I will update if they actually come back and fix their mistake.
Update:John finally arrived at 9 pm. My husband was satisfied with the completion of fixing our leaking swamp cooler.

I hired Aaark for a small bathroom remodel. They took care of the plumbing rough-in and finish for a new vanity. After getting multiple quotes and asking neighbors for recommendations, I went with Aaark and I am so happy I did. Their work was excellent, we had great communication with the office staff, and no surprises on the price. When the job was done, the amount due was just as quoted. I will definitely be a return customer.
