Andre was simply outstanding in his approach to our furnace service call. He came promptly during a very cold temperature day. Andre was kind, professional and thorough in making sure that we understood the issues and alternatives with our furnace repairs. He took the time to assess the performance of various aspects of the system. He allowed us to ask questions during his evaluation. He explained the purpose and consequences of the the various tests he performed. I could tell that he possesses a high level of technical understanding of the equipment and measurement tools. Unlike previous experiences with other professionals, he spoke to us at a level that was understandable by homeowners. He asked questions and explained the benefits of upgrading our furnace from one-stage to two-stage, but did not insist on selling us a new furnace. The charges were transparent and fair for the work he performed. I will ask for Andre back whenever we need assistance in the future. Job well done, Andre! Thank you.

Company scheduling responded to the weekend web request first thing on Monday morning, with an appointment time that week. Then when another client had to cancel they routed Adam to my house the same day. Very fast. Adam did a great job adding a 50 amp circuit to the garage for an EV charger. Work was fast and accurate.
