Michael is so RUDE! He works with progress and lied and said he called SRP and they gave him my personal information. I immediately called SRP and spoke to hey Supervisor by the name of Patricia who is wonderful. And she confirmed Michael was not being honest they never told him anything on my account other then there was no voltage going to my home and that I needed a new meter. Michael being a pond for progress tried to say it was my fault I had no electricity which would make sense that I didn’t pay my bill right except for the fact we had electricity on one side of the house and none on the other. I am a single mom of six with no air for 10 days today is day 11 ans 5 with no electricity all the way upstairs. I was frustrated and tired I had to move six kids 4 dogs and 3 cats to a hotel. And my sister came to help me and spoke to Michael who hung up on me wouldn’t allow me to speak and then told my sister Word for Word verbatim “lookie here WOMEN I don’t work for you I work for C & C and for progress “ he was so unprofessional and rude. I asked progress to never ever allow Michael into my home and also he went in my bed room and read my empower box and that’s how he new I was low on electricity which had nothing to do with our power being out because we were under a severe weather warning which SRP would not turn off our electricity even if I didn’t have money on the app.

I would never ever even give one star but to post I had to.

Our kitchen light switch wasn't working. A neighbor tried to fix it. That is when I found
your add in the Westbrook Village magazine.

Mike came to my house to replace the light switch. He finished the job quickly, and picked up afterwards. He was on time, worked efficiently and was professional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

And found a hot wire, and saved me from having an electrical fire. He installed a junction box going to my water heater with new wiring. He was my Angel this day. I live in Westbrook Village and I always want to support the companies that pay to advertise in our monthly magazine, so when I needed an electrician that is where I started. I called 3 electricians to get an estimate and Mike came right out, was very thorough and clear on the scope of the project and gave me a very fair quote. We scheduled the work and he and Memo were very efficient and pleasant in getting the project done in a very short time. The area was clean and left just the way they found it. I would highly recommend Creative Electric and would definitely use them again for any electric projects.

You will not find a better independent electrician in The Valley....scratch that....the state of Arizona! We had a challenging predicament that was threatening the sale of our rental house in Phoenix. A new electrical panel was needed for the closing to be acceptable by the buyer. Mike/CES was called with about two weeks before the closing was set. He responded same day with a fair estimate. Already busy he met our needs and we booked the job with him and CES and the challenges began! Mike professionally handled scheduling issues and delays with APS and the City of Phoenix relying on his excellent relationships with the various staff in those organizations. When APS demanded tree trimming under an already tight schedule his flexibility allowed us to get a landscaper in to meet the challenge. Mike literally saved the sale of our home. We closed on time and in one day Mike coordinated his team, APS and the city staff and completed permits, the job, successful inspections and restoration of power. It was perfect! I have properties in Colorado and manufacturing operations in CA, ID and OK. If I had electrical needs personally or for my businesses anywhere in the country, and he agreed to travel, I would hire Mike without a second thought. Do yourself a favor...look no further for an electrician for your project/needs.

I was originally recommended to Mike Waskowich, owner of Creative Electric Company by another electrician who no longer was able to do work which requires climbing up a ladder into an attic. I had purchased three ceiling fans and an entry way hanging light fixture and needed electrical run from the attic into the kitchen and office ceilings. I was referred to Mike through another contractor (a plumber) who highly recommended him. Despite being incredibly busy Mike squeezed me in on my time schedule (his work was sandwiched between a couple plumbing projects I had going that necessitated electrical work as well) and sent two diligent and hard-working electricians (thank you Memo and Guillermo!) to install new wiring from the exterior of the house into my garage and around the garage into a small storage room. This guys are absolutely the best we are very happy and excited on getting our brand new Hot Tub delivered. Mike at Creative Electric has worked for us since 2016 at two different homes. He has upgraded our electrical boxes, added numerous ceiling fans, outlets, and new light fixtures inside and outside. Mike and his crew do quality work, always leave a clean work area and we highly recommend him.

This is a terrific company. I researched quite a few electricians before I went with Creative Electric. Mike and I played a little phone tag at first because he was out of town, but I am glad I didn't get discouraged by that because my experience with this company was outstanding. Not only were the two guys who came out and did the work totally professional, but they actually left my bathrooms as clean or cleaner than they were when they arrived (I am in the middle of a renovation project). The real clincher was that they came in UNDER the estimate I received and they actually checked a couple of other outlets for me that a handy man had done and found one was wired backwards. This was bonus work and they still came in under estimate. How often does that really happen in today's world. I am going to be using them in the future as I have other items I need done, but my budget is tight, so they will probably move into 2021. But, rest assured, all my electrical work from here on out will go to this company.

Excellent communication-- Mike has a great team who came out to upgrade our electrical panel and run 220 line to upgrade to an electric tankless hot water heater. He coordinated the install with Exclusively Tankless, so everything was installed on the same day in several hours.

I have never posted about work that we have done on our Condo.
Creative Electric is the exception. Mike and his crew do excellent work, always on time and never leave a mess. Mike listens to what you want done and then gives suggestions.

I wanted to have a tankless water heater installed. This required adding a 100Amp line to my elec box from the location of the heater. Mike was recommended to me by the tankless heater company. I'm really happy with the work Mike and his team have done. They knew what they were doing, were on time, finished when expected, did not go over their quote, and everything worked. No complaint here. I appreciated Mike's honesty and explanations. You can tell he cares about about good work. Would recommend.

Mike showed up on time & proved that his company name is fitting as it took him 2 days to thoroughly go through ALL of the plugs, wiring, etc. in the affected area (1/3 of our house) and found the problem and rewired where he had to & we've had absolutely no problems since then. Very impressive as this was not an easy problem to deal with as the house is 32 years old. I highly recommend his services for all electrical needs & will certainly use him again.

Highly recommend this company! We had a substantial amount of work done upgrading the electrical throughout our house, adding and or moving outlets, adding lighting and dimmer switches, garage lighting, outdoor outlets and a new panel. Mike and crew were respectful of the property, arrived as scheduled and were very accommodating, knowledgeable and experienced. Mike is a rare find for quality, professional, reasonable electrical work. He not only carefully gave complete scrutiny of the job, he even was willing to get the parts needed during the process to avoid a return trip to finish an important component to an A/C issue. On these very warm days, we were grateful to get it up and running in one day.

I came home from work to no power in my kids bedrooms. After calling 10 people and no one answering, I called Mike. He walked me through how to loook for a tripped breaker and get it to work again. As a military spouse he saved my night with two kids and my wallet! 10/10 recommend Mike at Creative!
