I have worked with Tucker Hill on several separate projects.
- A 50 lb light fixture installed from an 8 ft ceiling
- installing flush mounted light fixtures on a 9 ft ceilings
- installing sconces over bathroom mirrors
- Replacing several can lights
- Installing a 29 light fixture on a 20 ft ceiling
The level of service that I have received (like at most larger brands like TH) vary depending on the technician/expert/contractor that comes out and does the work.

My most recent experience (the installing of the 29 light) with Brandon Brady has been extremely stellar! In fact, I believe I will request to work with him exclusively from now on (for my home and my business of property management).
Brandon was on time, professional, courteous, and (most importantly careful and detail oriented). To share my experience, I had a 29 inch pendant light made of capiz (the inner lining of shells) hung from a 20ft ceiling. He was very careful, not a single shell cracked or flaked. Also, he continually asked if I was comfortable with his installation and adjusted the pendant height multiple times to get it to my ideal height for the entry of our home.
I know Tucker Hill's pricing for electrical work is not as competitive as other contractors in the valley, but for Brandon Brady's care and attentiveness to detail and hard working attitude, the price is worth it.

Brendon did great, and I will definitely be asking for him to visit our sites when we need electrical work.

Nathan was an incredible technician for our thermostat replacement. He came in (with an epic beard I might add) and fixed it. He went to engineering school and you can tell he knows his stuff. He got our system to stop running continuously which is a blessing for our electric bill. Couldn’t be happier with the service Nathan provided!!

I don't think I've ever dealt with a company this superior! Every detail from the time I first contacted them to the finished water heater install, was exceptional. Daniel Medina, the tech, was professional, courteous and passionate about his work. He walked me through everything that he was doing along the way so I would understand.

I took advantage of Tucker Hill's special on a water heater flush and inspection. I was scheduled quickly and the office kept me informed about my appointment the entire time. Daniel, the technician, arrived on time. He was thorough and explained everything as he went along. There weren't any sales pitches, just facts. Daniel from Tucker Hill was just out to do annual maintenance on our 6 year old water heater. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He checked all the faucets and connections in the home and he made sure the recirculation pump was working properly. He drained and flushed the tank and checked the anode rod. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good tips for what we can do to keep things problem free. Daniel is very well trained as a plumber but also in customer service. I love dealing with Tucker Hill. They never try to sell you something you don't need or repair something that isn't really broken. 5 stars for Daniel and for Tucker Hill!!

We had our sink faucet not doing cold water just hot. So we called Tucker Hill to help us fix it. Daniel Medina came on time when he said he would get there. Only to find out we had the wrong part on our faucet. So he gave us the price right away, and got the part in about 30 minutes and fixed it right up. It was a fast job, and he was very polite. He made conversation as well as answered every question we had. Overall just an amazing experience working with them and will do it again if needed in the future. Tucker Hill has been a great pleasure to work with! Brandon did a fantastic job on installing the electric work we needed done for our new outdoor hot tub. He was very transparent and he gave great insight about different options available to us. He has been on time to every appointment that we have set and he is very responsive to our messages.

We have been using this company for our HVAC semiannual inspection, maintenance and servicing. Nathan has been to our home twice this year and has done a great job. The company does a great job with text and email reminders about the appointment and are excellent at letting me know when the technician is on their way. Nathan was on time, was professional, was able to answer all of my questions and was friendly. We will continue to use Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric.

I use Tucker Hill for all of our plumbling, electrical, A/C needs. When our A/C went out over the summer, they were the most responsive company to come out and fix it. Based on their service, I bought their Tucker Hill plan membership. It's been a great value - they come out service times a year to check everything. They'll even call me to remind me that we are due for maintenance checks.
Today Nathan Raner came out to check our A/C/heating units. He was very thorough and professional. I have never had a bad experience with any of their techs.

This is the 2nd time I have used Tucker Hill for a project. I can't say enough good things about this company. Yesterday, Daniel Medina came to my new home and replaced a non-functioning household water purifier with an amazing unit that both cleans the water of impurities AND softens it. He went out of his way to fix a previous shoddy job (another company) and made everything look and function beautifully. I absolutely trust Daniel and Tucker Hill. So nice to have personable, professional and trustworthy workers in my home. Highly recommend!

Brandon re-arranged our breakers to provide the most efficient and safe use for our changing needs. Had to install a new outlet in a new spot on the wall and there was Absolutely no mess left behind. My second review in a month and Tucker Hill continues to impress. Our unit went out again and Tucker Hill had someone out the same day to try and fix it. Ultimately it was deemed a manufacturer defect on the unit itself. Tucker Hill fought for us and worked with the manufacturer to get us another brand new unit installed within 4 days of our initial call. They also gave us a huge discount on a full duct cleaning for our troubles. Dustin and Ricky assisted in the install of the new unit and the duct cleaning and were stellar as usual. Very happy with their services and would recommend Tucker Hill every time.

Brandon did a fantastic job. He took his time to make the correct measurements and did a wonderful job installing four overhead recessed lights and two ceiling fans. He was very patient with us as we did not know much about electric and was great with the dogs. Highly recommend!

We had new units installed about 6 months ago that required some adjustments and education on my part. Our Tucker Hill techs Dustin and Nathan where both excellent, courteous, prompt and informative. They addressed our issues quickly and our units are running top notch.

Had a new unit installed in August and the furnace didn't work when it got cold. Called for service and they had someone out by 8 a.m. the next day. The first technician was not able to fix the problem but they sent two more technicians in the afternoon who worked for over two hours to make sure everything functioned properly. Thanks to Dustin and Ricky we finally have heat again!

Technicians Dustin Bunger and Enrique Ortega came out to install a new return, and also did duct cleaning for our full system. They were on-time, polite, and provided clear explanations of the work they were performing. Their workmanship was tidy and they even corrected some serious issues left by previous installers. Our HVAC system is now performing better than expected.

Their technician came out to service my water heater. After flushing it and doing some other maintenance he told me the water heater was 15 years old and needed replaced immediately. I also asked them for a quote to install a water softener. After getting a quote for over $12,000 I went elsewhere. Turns out my water heater is only 9 years old and I got it replaced for less than a quarter of their cost.

Daniel and Christian did an amazing job. They came out to do an annual inspection and flush of the water heater. I have not done one for 3 years. The water heater is 5 yrs old. I did not know you have to replace anod rods every 2 years in Mesa. So the tank was completely rusted and pipe corrision had set in. No one wants to replace something that should be fine, but I will say they ran through all the options and price points to see what we wanted to do. No pressure at all to pick one, great guys. They weren't looking to buckle and dime me. Honestly the reasons I went with a full install of a new water heater in the moment was due to this teams professionalism. And I'm glad I wasn't let down. They did the job right. They where respectful of my house (water heater is on the second floor out a window) and they were very careful not to nick the walls. Beautiful soldering working and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional team. Also did some minor toilet work which they took care of with the same attention to detail as the water heater. I have had a ton of work done on the house recently. Garage door/windows/stucco and everyone shows up to the job doing a C+ at best. It's nice to find a team that still cares and has pride in their work to bring their A game.

My daughter came for dinner and noticed the main water valve to the house leaking badly. I turned it off, went to dinner, came home and needed water. I opened the valve to a severe leak but the water did not come back. I wanted to brush my teeth but instead watched a movie and went to bed.
This morning I looked up Angi and picked Tucker Hill, they had the best posted rating, 4.9. I called Tucker Hills office and was told they would have someone in two hours and I’d gets a call 15-20 minutes before letting me know they were on their way. I got the call almost immediately. Daniel Medina was on his way. Daniel was friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and efficient, we checked out the problem and Daniel did some measurements and headed off to get parts. When he headed out I headed out to the Drs. A quick check Chiropractic appointment . It was funny I got back just as Daniel finished. The work looked great and the water flowed. Daniel saved the day, less than three hours from my initial look at ‘Angi’ to Daniel driving off. Thank you so much Daniel you saved my day that’s for sure. I really appreciate you.
Now I just have to figure out why it cost $800.00. It sure wasn’t the M and L it must have been the O.

If I could give Dustin and Ricky 10 starts I would. They were on time, explained, so I could understand, the process of installing our new HVAC system. It was a huge investment for our home so I wanted to make sure I knew what was going on and how to properly maintain our new system. Their pride in their work was outstanding. The experience was good. I have no real basis for comparison. What started out as just a simple flush turned into needing a new hot water tank. Rigo was great. He explained everything that he was doing and why it was being done. Very thorough, he was. My advice to any and all that are willing to listen. If you have a hot water heater or any other appliance that requires annual maintenance, get it done! I am sure I sound like a commercial, but I honestly thought, looking at the outside of my water heater, it was all good! As for recommending Tucker Hill, I would say yes at this time. I'll keep you posted as time goes on.

Tyler Stevenson was great to work with. He explained everything he did. Recommended potential upgrades but did not pressure me to buy.

This company is not honest. I had a technician come do a basic tune up on my 2 hvac units. He quoted me almost $5,000 in repairs. I knew I was being sold and he wasnt being up front. I got a 2nd opinion with another company and showed him the pictures and quotes from Tucker Hill. He checked everything and said the units only needed 1 thing done and charged me $800. He said it was obvious that the other company was first, not being honest and second, completely overcharging on the items. Basically, Tucker Hill was trying to sell us new units and upcharge everything. I am beyond disappointed. I would equate them to used car salesmen.

We saw a leak and called 2 hrs later Chris arrived and repaired leaking fitting. Chris is great to work with and his attention to details is top notch.

The team at Tucker Hill does an incredible job in communication- about the scheduled appointment, who is coming, and when. In this day and age, one can take comfort in the fact that the company and individual you are inviting into your home is not just professional and above board, but dedicated to getting your needs and problems resolved. You can’t put a price on that! Our messages and calls from the office were exceptionally helpful and professional. And we loved that they sent Jason’s picture (the electrician) to us. When Jason arrived, he took the time to introduce himself, explained what he was given, discussed that with us, looked at everything relevant, and asked if I wanted to proceed.

I started using Tucker Hill about 5 months ago when I had a slow drain occurring in our master bedroom shower area. The gentleman who came out was very professional and knowledgeable in taking care of our plumbing issue. We then used them when we had their tech review the duct work into our master bedroom because we were not getting sufficient air flow into the area. He suggested we put in another return air vent just beyond our master bedroom door to create additional air flow. This duct work and vent installation made a big difference especially when their installer suggested we close our bedroom door at night to create even more air flow into our master bedroom. Note: Both the tech and installers were very nice, professional and did excellent work.

Now for our latest endeavor using Tucker Hill....we decided to flush out our gas water heater for the first time in 2.5 yrs of living in our home. The person who arrived to do the work was again very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He did replace the anode rod (we saw our old one and boy was it in need to being replaced!). The TH man also tested our water for various reasons and took pictures of all of our various water type areas for future reference.

We have had EXCELLENT professional treatment and work done by Tucker Hill service people. I have also had excellent experiences with their customer service staff when making appointments and how the appointments are monitored. Their pricing of various services performed so far has been very fair.

I will continue to use Tucker Hill and would highly recommend them to others.

I have worked with Mike Johnson occasionally. His no nonsense strategy is the way I want to do business. Straight to the point, no BS.

For several years, I have known that I needed to replace my two air conditioning systems, but I never could find an outfit that I had confidence in to do it, especially since that is not a cheap job! Daniel Herrick and his crew replaced all four of our electrical panels in our recently acquired home. Dan explained in detail the scope of the job and provided us all the information we requested. He and his crew completed the job in two days, labeled all of the breakers and cleaned up all material left from their job. Be careful with these guys! They answer the phone how can I put a smile on your face today then proceed to take advantage of you! I was given an exorbitant verbal quote by Anthony that was so outrageously high I asked to please see it in writing and was promised by Anthony that I would receive in an email the next morning. After three follow ups with Emily addressing this I never received anything. Even Mike the technician said to me Anthony is a wheeler dealer. Not the kind of company that acts like they are trying to put a smile on your face rather a frown. Buyer beware!

Water heater maintenance turned into a new water heater. Rigoberto was very professional and showed the different areas where the water heater was failing. He went over several options with me regarding replacement and worked with me regarding a time to return for installation. He was on time for both appointments. Installation was done by Rigoberto He made sure it was done correctly and professionally.

My AC tune up was done by David. He was very professional. Right away he noticed a bad wire on the outside unit and wanted me to take a look at it myself for confirmation. Any necessary parts were replaced, including a capacitor, and David made sure the unit was running smoothly before he left. The technician even looked for the best price on the capacitor to give me the best deal. I will be using Tucker Hill in the future, thanks for all your hard work

Albert came to flush out water heater. He was very nice and professional. He told me of the things that needed repair. Went through kitchen and bath and told me what he believed needed to be replaced. It wasnt to much and i agreed with him. I really liked Albert.

Junior checked out the system, cleaned the coils, made some adjustments, and explained what he was doing. He also made some suggestions for future service. He was very professional. We will continue to patronize this business, if necessary, in the future.

Past review: I have had Josh, Alex, and Daniel to my home and to have 3 excellent experiences tells me that this is a really special company. They have all good things to say about the owner as well. I agree, he gave me special pricing like I'd never recieved from other companies before. They really know their business, and are a wealth of information every time I see them. Example: I bought a new water heater about every 10 years since the 1980's from a warehouse store and they installed and left. I now know that I could have parts replaced and it can last 25 years! If I hired Tucker first, it would have saved me a lot of money! Better late than never. Thank you Tucker!

The plumber was Albert. He came for a problem that was outside the scope of what the company could do, but he was very helpful in suggesting what I should do next. Since he had the time he also checked all of my indoor plumbing & drained my water heater. He was very conscientious. I would highly recommend him and Tucker Hill.

I've had two 240 outlets installed in a carport area which was at the opposite end of the house from the electric panel. Eric Giles did a great job. I used Eric and his son Eric on a second occasion to install electric outlets, 3 way fan/light switches, and for rerouting electric wire in new and old construction areas. One area was a add-on room that needed a lot of wiring. They also did electrical work installing a light and outlet where drywall was in place and they minimized drywall holes and did excellent work. They did a thorough job and spent time verifying everything was working properly and they cleaned up afterwards. I recommend Eric and his son for electrical work. For my next electrical project I will request that Tuckerhill sends Eric and his son Eric. Well done.

We had two builder-grade air conditioning systems. A 2.5 ton and a 5 ton unit. Even though these units were not very old, we had ongoing trouble with them and we went through several AC companies in an attempt to extend their lives. All of them were the same. They made us join their clubs then proceeded to explain how the trouble we were having was not covered under the plan and sold us unneeded products like duct-wrapping and sealing for thousands. All we wanted was to eliminate hot rooms in the house. Lots of work, continuing troubles and we moved on to the next AC company and repeated the experience. Then we signed up with Tucker Hill. They kept our old ACs running but they totally shot straight with us. Much of the cause of our problems stemmed from poor quality units (they showed us the differences in component quality). They showed us the math that indicated that not enough tonnage had been installed Also, our homebuilder failed to provide an air return for a whole section of our house. They said we would ultimately be better off replacing our dying unit and letting them install a new return intake in the hot part of the house. Boy, that fixed it and fixed it good. We replaced a 2.5 Ton unit with a 3 ton unit and the hot spots in the heat of the day went away. A few months later the bigger unit did its twice annual nose dives and we just decided to bite the bullet and replace it too. We got a newer and more efficient 5-ton unit. Installation of both units was quick, tidy and efficient and the crew was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. HOWEVER: We had a problem with the 5-ton unit. Precisely 3 weeks after installation we started having odd issues with airflow. I'll shorten the story a bit and just say that it took 5 visits to correct the issue. As it turns out, the condenser unit (the outdoors part) was defective from the manufacturer. Each time they sent a specialized crew member to address the problems as diagnosed. Each tech that showed up... friendly, knowledgeable, and all seemed very dedicated. They came in the morning, they came in the evening and even once well after hours. They knew we were frustrated but they absolutely took care of us at all times. Rather than take a chance, they replaced the whole unit. In fact... they tracked the new unit to a truck bound for California and sent someone to intercept it! They never, not even once, asked for another dime as they meticulously troubleshot each and every component (even a few parts that were part of the old system (zone controls and dampers). This is an awesome team led by JUNIOR. I can't remember everyone that came out... but they threw every specialist they had at the problem and took care of us. David, PJ and Nate all contributed to getting this issue solved and making sure we are satisfied and COOL. Thanks to all at Tucker Hill. Stay true to these roots you put down and we'll be using you (and your plumbing division that came out and fixed a defective toilet drain that has been a problem since the house was built) for years to come. I had a plumbing issue at a rental property, the process for getting a technician out was seamless, they have great technology for tracking their technicians and communicating with you. Tucker was phenomenal, he diagnosed the problem, communicated it in simple terms to me and fixed and was on his way. It was a great experience.

Tucker Hill literally saved the day. After our kids filled the sewer line pipes in our front yard with rocks we were in a really bad position. Saturday night we called tucker hill and Josef called us back immediately. He sent Daniel to come check out the problem. We were overwhelmed at the thought of possibly digging up the yard and facing a huge bill. Josef suggested we go buy a shop vac and see what rocks we could get out ourselves. Daniel stayed with us and helped us through the whole process. Josef told us to call him at any time during the night if we had a problem. He would be there Sunday morning to jet the sewer lines to save us from any more problems. He came when he said he would and we weren’t charged an extra weekend rate. We are so grateful for their professional quality work.

Pricey but job done was excellent and money well spent. We were under the impression that there would be extra-younger men doing the labor, but it was just the salesman and his assistant, and they worked far harder than was necessary if they had an additional worker. But regardless, loved the finish product and deeply appreciative to these middle-aged men working to make a spa possible for us in the future. Would we hire them again? YES!! Even though we thought they'd come at crack of dawn...they showed up at 9:00. Five Stars Folks. I'd hire them again.

They were nice enough people, but when I had someone come to take a look at my a/c, it was instantly sell, sell, sell. I walked away from it with very little information except for how much it would cost to do EVERYTHING, and how to finance it. They also told me my unit is 17 years old...it is not (11-12 years, actually). And when the tech told me they charge $250 on nights and weekends JUST to show up, I knew I would be shopping around. Got a much better price & experience elsewhere and got my unit replaced today.

Excellent customer service! The Tucker service person was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in diagnosing the problem with my water heater. He didn’t try to sell me, but did educate me about the problem and the options to repair/replace. Once I understood the problem, it was easy to decide on the solution.

The technician Mason was professional, courteous, and did a great job for us checking our whole water system, and detecting a repair needed. He also drained our water heater to get rid of any sediment. We appreciated his great service.

I called yesterday for a water heater inspection as it's been 10 years( original water heater for the house) knowing full well it probably needed a replacement. They cam this morning and as I expected I needed a new one. But I was prepared for that. Wha5 I want prepared for was the amazing deal I got with the premium package and club. With yearly inspections and maintenance included for the hvac as well...will save me so much $$ as well of peice of mind that being part of the Tucker Hill family provides. Mike and Albert were an amazing team they were efficient, courteous and took the time to explain wha5 they were doing . Paid over $400 for can of sealer that costs $90 bucks online. Also paid outrageous price per lb of r410 freon. $177/lb. Quick call after service to 3 random AC service companies price ranged from 65-80 per lb. But all 3 had $175 service call but still less than $177 lb. Technician has nothing to do with these prices this is on you Tucker Hill. I want to add they did improve my situation it was just too expensive. Over $1,000 to add sealer and 3lbs of freon. I won't be using this service again. Miss Mconnell Air LLC.

Update. Tucker Hill reached out wanting more details and refunded me nearly half of my bill. Class act and appreciated. Ill give them 1 more opportunity to retain my business.

Technician Albert made a diagnostic visit and spent a lot of time explaining his opinion on extent of work needed to fix a drainage leak under the kitchen sink. He also explained that he shared his diagnosis with a supervisor in his office and they together came up with an almost $2500 estimate for the job!
While the number was a shock to me, the bigger shock came when he explained that company policy was that any negotiated cost between the client and technician could NOT be changed (after the job was started). Basically, the policy ignores the possibility to better reflect the ultimate effort needed to complete the job due to unforeseen/unknown conditions. This was particularly troubling to me as the job he was estimating involved an unknown factor (agreed to in principle by both of us) that could not be quantified until after the job was completed. Thus, no adjustment could be made once the job was started and no allowance for unforeseen conditions affecting total work needed could not be made.
Albert was most profession during the visit and our conversation but he was evidently handicapped in arriving at a more realistic price by the company policy regarding work involving
unforeseen/unknown conditions. Because of the inflexibility of the policy I used a different company.

Shout out to Jason and Jason for great service. Had my breakers replaced, put in lights and a ceiling fan and updated smoke detectors. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. Will ask for them again when I need more work done!!

Saying there’s plenty of work to be had, had me leave company where I was getting consistent hours to join your employee to then do all the work for him. I mean you guys are commission based so 53,000 for one bid is a lot of money you wanna get it done quick. Then as soon as the jobs done I’m at the office driving trucks around for a couple days because there’s “no work” . You guys were dishonest from the get go and wanted to save money instead of using a third party staffing agency. Yeah I bet you like those reviews huh? I just call out employers who take advantage of people ya know like acting completely different from the interviews! It’s a revolving door around there with employees and the hiring bonus is getting higher and higher by the job posting.

Tucker Hill HVAC are absolute rip off artists. They proposed to charge $2411 dollars to furnish and install a Zonex control panel that lists for $190 from the factory. I had the work done by another HVAC company for $850

The first electrician told me I had aluminum wires and wanted me to upgrade everything to address that which was thousands of dollars. He didn’t show up on the work day. The second electrician told me I had copper wires and provided a different quote for the work which was actually needed. The second electrician was great! The office staff didn’t respond to any emails…. First electrician gets a one star. Second electrician gets 5 stars ….

Miguel provided two estimates of my job identifying all my concerns and how best to limit the costs. Then he left allowing me to compare other estimates. He was cordial and a great salesman. I picked Tucker, even though they weren't the low bidder, because of my confidence the job would be done correctly. Daniel was the installer, as Miguel was on paternity leave, and he did an excellent job. Both fans were installed quickly and worked like a charm. My wife and I were very pleased.

and upgrading panel from 200 amp to 400 amp working
with APS. Saved us $25k in trenching costs by
recommending APS pull new bigger cables through
existing 2 conduit instead of paying to retrench a 2 1/2
conduit like APS insisted we do. Quality of work was
wonderful. Brought down costs for us whenever possible
and worked late into the night on multiple days. We love

Good quality service, way overpriced on everything they do an even though my systems are 7 year old units, they were hardly used over those seven years but I always need a few thousand dollars of parts and service. Have bad confidence in them as being a good value for me. Will not renew contract.

Had then come out to do preventive maintenance on my home’s two central air units, very professional and thorough — and found a component before it failed. Been a great summer with no issues on my air conditioning, house stays cool and those babies run all summer nonstop!

Extremely expensive very comparable to parker and sons.
They also recommended replacing my whole electrical panel and wanted to charge me over $6k to do it. FYI it didn’t need replacing other smaller companies charge less than $3k.

The techs are extremely nice. The first time I called them out it turned out to be just a tripped GFC outlet. When the tech was investigating he suggested I replace all my circuit breaker and said it was pretty easy to do myself. They charged me $90 for the investigation.

I did that and everything worked pretty well for months until my range started tripping the breaker over and over. I figured I did something wrong so I called them out. The new tech didn’t even look at the range or the range outlet. He did some readings at the box outside and was convinced it was a bad range.

I called a appliance repair company, they came out and charged me ~$160 to tell me my range was fine.

I called them back, they ended up refunding me the $90 I paid last time and offered me a discount to come out again to fix the problem.

So a 3rd tech came out. Again he didn’t even go inside the house. He said the discoloration at the box was a sign that the whole thing needed to be replaced. The only good news is while they were looking at it they tightened the screws on my circuit breakers. When I am pretty sure fixed my problem.
They wanted to charge me $6k to replace the thing so I wanted to get a second opinion.

The next person I called out suggested I call SRP first. I did so and the SRP troubleshooter found no issues, the SRP Troubleshooter looked at my panel and said it looked fine and the discoloration was just because the screws where not tight enough. So again he tightened them. He also recommended prince electric.

Finally he told me a story about parker and sons where they call to get permits for a new panel even before looking at the house, and there isn't even $2k worth of materials in the panel.

Long story short, they didn’t do a very thorough job to investigate my issue, they made me call out a appliance repair man but refunded me partly for that mistake. When I gave them a second chance they wanted to rip me off (buy charging me more than 2x thier competitor and doing work that wasn't needed), yet fixed my issue at the same time!

So I am not happy with them for many reasons and I wouldn’t recommend them but at least it worked out ok at the end.

Edit: So maybe a week or 2 later, I got a call from them and they left a voice mail suggusting they would lower the price. So if for what reason you want to go with this company, I would defently try to negotiate, get another quote or just wait. I am still amazed they wanted to replace my whole electrical box for a loose screw (no problems since).

Joshua was very professional and listened to me explain our electrical problem. He was very patient. Joshua helped me understand what the problem was before he fixed it. Then he made sure I approved the fix with our electrical problem. Joshua Is an AWESOME employee of Tucker Hill!!!

Tucker Hill installed a kitchen sink and bathroom faucets as well. They also located a sewer pipe blocked by tree roots before it became a sewage nightmare. Every employee I interacted with from the office staff to the technicians were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. Special recognition to Patrick, Isaac, Abel, and Ventura for the excellent work! I highly recommend Tucker Hill for their responsiveness and professionalism at all levels.

The plumbing group, Preston and Big Mike, were professional, friendly, and very informative on what was being installed. The work was done quickly, with very little interruption to my WFH job.

Then on low and behold our A/C unit decided that it had had enough….and along came Cameron B late in the day, he had to share the bad news, but he went over everything and even went all the ways back to the shop to pick us up a portal A/C unit to help us get some sleep. Finally Ernie G and his create arrived to rescue us and replaced our unit. All of the technicians showed respect and professionalism throughout the interaction with my family….oh yes and the dogs!!! We found a leak in the bedroom. They came out right away were very courteous, and this is the second time that we’ve use them. They’re very honest, helpful, considerate, and their prices are fair. We will definitely be using them again! They have available warranties but they do not pressure you to get one!

Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. My problem is with the pricing. $90 can of sealer cost me over $400. R410 freeon they charged me $177 per lb. So a low freeon repair was over $1,000. Randomly i called 3 other AC service companies in the Valley. Avg freeon pricing per lb was $80. Hard to establish pricing prior as you may not know exactly what the problem is. Will not use Tucker in the future. Miss Derek from McConnell Air, never felt ripped off .

The only positive I can say is that they refunded my money. I was lied to though by the technician who said twice and wrote in the invoice that there was no damage to my line of any kind and that I only needed to have the hydro-jet procedure done...even a second time, after there was backup happening. Only when he came out to do the second cleaning is when he said that there was damage to the pipe and tried to make like he'd told me this when he hadn't. It literally made me sick to have been lied to by a man that I had felt I could trust. Anyhow, I felt it was important to still leave this review. I would hate for someone else to go through what I went through.

The Technician showed up when he was scheduled and I was very impressed with his expertise. I thought I was going to have to replace the water heater but he determined that the water softener was broken and causing the noises from the water heater. He took the time to go through our entire system and offered some ideas on repairing anther plumbing issue I have. I would highly recommend them.

I am remodeling my bathroom shower. I don’t have plumbing expertise. I was referred through Angie’s List to Tucker who were able to schedule a consultation quickly and same day installation. Good professional service but way overpriced. They charged around 700 dollars for garbage disposal replacement. In hindsight I should have gotten multiple quotes. Will not be using their service again.

I found Tucker Hill AZ online they specify that they are HVAC repair contractors in phoenix. I needed some quick repairs to a leaky faucet and I'm located more in West Phoenix. I was able to schedule an appointment with them over the phone and they came out the same day. They weren't too far from central city south. Really appreciate the honest work and reasonable prices.

Excellent from start to finish. Guaranteed work, on time, happy plumber, gave estimate on other work. Will for CERTAIN use again. Best we’ve had here in AZ. We had them come do our electrical for a kitchen remodel and they were excellent. Really top notch. Ethan rocks it.

We had a great experience getting our air conditioner serviced. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify exactly what needed service as well as offer some additional insight into adding a safety switch to prevent any water leaks down the road. We were so impressed with the company's professionalism and services offered, we're choosing to use them for an electrical lighting project we've been wanting to do for a couple years now too. Definitely impressed by this company so far.

AC stopped running the other day. I called Tucker Hill & within 2 hours of my phone call PJ stopped by and fixed the issue in less than an hour. PJ is obviously an experienced professional and had the situation diagnosed prior to going to the attic. I will call them in the future.

Alex was terrific! He was friendly, respectful efficient and conscientious...and the work was done right wit minimal sheetrock damage. It was pricey, but we were on a tight timeline and Alex got it done for us.

The young man who came to my house was very pleasantly. However when I received his estimate to repair the leak coming from a wall under the stair well I was shocked. It was over $800.00. I decided to get another estimate, but I still had to pay you $261.000 just for you to come out. I said that I would need to get another estimate and thank goodness I did. Another company is charging me $95.00 to come out and replace a part. They said they did not understand why your quote was so high. I believe I should get a refund from you.

The installed new ceiling lights in my office, all new ceiling fans in four rooms and new new interconnected smoke detectors. Joshua did great job, he even changed out the air filters since he had the ladders there. I highly recommend.

They charged me $350 to change out a $20 capacitor. And $350 for an inexpensive switch. Although the service tech was a nice guy, I won’t use them again. And yes, to whomever responds to these with a negative response… I am in your system, because I have an invoice with your name on it that I’m looking at right now.

The 10 year warranty I bought in my $13000 units is also worthless because apparently they bought out the prior company and it’s not being honored.

Great communication on when the techs were coming out and arrived when they said they were going to get here. They installed ceiling fans replace electric switches and ran cat 5 cable and cleaned up their mess even replaced the Drywall to make it look as clean as possible. Would definitely recommend.

BEWARE SCAM!!! I got a call informing me of a prepaid service plan that I had for HVAC, Water, and Electric. I had moved recently so figured this must have been something the seller had transferred to my name. The young woman told me that a bunch of new companies had been merged so that’s why I don’t recognize the name. She said it was free, so I said sure. First guy to come out was the A/C guy who listed a number of issues (my house was built in 2009 and well maintained) and basically told me I needed a new unit. I was skeptical because I had an inspection done 7 months prior. When I told him I was going to call my home warranty company he did everything he could to try and stop me. I told him there was no way I was paying $9,000 for a new unit right now. I called me home warranty company and had someone come out, showed him the report I was provided and he denied everything the guy from Tucker Hill said and told me I had a duct issue instead.

The 2nd guy came out to flush my water heater, which he did and I appreciate at no charge. But gave me a very weak recommendation to replace my 6 year old water heater that basically looks brand new…

Will never do business with these scam artists. Don’t know why they would take this risk and damage their reputation. Shame on you!

Update - the home warranty company found evidence that the person from Tucker Hill sat outside my unit and let the Freon out of the unit. Which I had to pay for.

Do not Trust this company. They quoted me $1400 for a fan motor on the outside unit, just had another company complete the job for $375. This is an outrageously high estimate and my belief is they wanted to push me into the bigger sale of a new unit.

I dislike electrical work although I'm capable of doing the work myself. I spoke with the CEO Jeremy P. about some projects I had and was pleasantly surprised I could discuss them directly with him. I needed a complete inspection of electrical bonding, grounding, including modules, panel and wire terminations for a solar project. He sent a member out from his team who was able to verify everything was sound. Cost was fairly cheap for a Top Electrician in the metro Phoenix area.

They were fast and efficient. They switched two outlets for us and fixed my office light. Plus they even changed my duct filters. It was much appreciated.

Kyle was very professional, explained everything to us and processed to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company again. They send you a text of the person who is coming and provide a picture so you know it's the right person . They are punctual and give you an update on when they will be there.

I have had hot water issues that Tony not only fixed, he called a couple days later to be sure I was able to take a hot shower.

He was very professional but not very experienced so could not figure out how to connect my Ozone water purifier to my pool timer. I will not use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone.

We had to hit our gas and reach 90mph just to get away from him on the ramp going onto the 101 North bound at 8:30 at night. License plate is either ABA 7EC or A8A 7EC. Watch out for him he drives like he doesn’t care about keeping his job.
