Arc Electrical

5 stars. We were looking for a new electrician as our electrician retired. Happy we found Arc Electrical as we will be calling Alex from now on. Came right on time, fixed our outdoor lights which weren't working due to the storm, and changed a fixture. Really professional and knowledgeable highly recommend.

Alex came over to my house early morning to do an estimate on how much and what it takes to fix 3 light switches. He end up fixing (adjust) one light switch and check on two others. Even though the job seem small to him, he is patient in explaining in detail what needs to be done. With his guidance on the visit, I did end up doing it myself by getting parts from home depot. Great professional with excellent work ethic. I will call him for any electrical projects in the near future.

I had someone moving in and needed some electrical work done prior to their arrival. 48 hours before move in day, my electrician canceled on me. I called 5 electricians in the Valley and only Alex called me back saying that he could accommodate my crazy deadline. As promised, he showed up the next day and did a fantastic job!!! I'm so grateful that I found him, and the work that he did is going to make my new house guest feel right at home!

Alex was courteous, fair, on time and did excellent work. His prices were more competitive than other companies and he does not upcharge. I requested a quote and he literally drove out to my house that day and gave me a written quote that he lived by. When it came time to do the job he was not only on time but did way more than I requested by crawling deep into my crawl space attic to run wires where I needed them.
Alex is the only person I will use for electrical work.

I tried to fix the electricity that was off for a while on my own. The dangers of working with electrical panels etc. are known; live wires can kill.
I realized I needed an electrician and being new to the area I asked around and looked up electricians. All of them could only make one week away appointments. I needed my electricity now.
Feeling frustrated I told myself to try one more company. I did and I’m so happy I did!
I called Arc Electrical and Alex answered and made an appointment for that saw day! I was relieved.
Alex arrived promptly and was professional and cordial.
He swiftly did the work and completed everything and restored my, oh so needed electrical to my whole house. The charge to me was more than fair!
Now I have the Arc Electrical app & I will know exactly who to call!

Alex was very prompt, very tidy, thorough in explaining the positive & negative of what our scope of electrical work required. The work we asked him to complete wasn't an exciting job for him nor was it a huge money maker for him but he was as attentive to our needs as if this was a huge, custom job! We will definately continue to call Alex at Arc Electrical for any electrical issues we have for any of our properties.

Alex rewired my entire house in 2019, seemed like he did a good job. Couple months later I realized he missed the plug for the fridge and asked him to fix it, been ghosting me for over a year since.

Alex is professional, knowledgeable, and a legitimately good person. I had screwed up wiring a hot tub circuit and Alex was able to rectify my mistake very quickly. Thank you for kicking butt!
