Armando arrived on time and presented himself in a friendly professional manner.
He was called out to our home to look at our hot tub (outdoor spa) dedicated breaker panel that had stopped functioning.
He explained what he was going to do step by step and said give me about 20 minutes and he would have a complete diagnosis of the main house panel, the dedicated spa panel and that the spa was connected correctly.
We received a estimate as well as a very detailed diagnosis of basically our entire electrical system in our home. Armando in my opinion went above and beyond explaining what needs to be fixed today and a few things that need to be addressed in the near future. We will definitely be calling back Gideon and requesting Armando to come out. Super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. Our entire experience with Gideon from scheduling to getting our electrical back into a safely function condition was top notch customer service. Thank you for providing excellent service.

I highly recommend Gideon Service Company. We were given a time frame of 8am-10am. Armando called to confirm the appointment and arrived at 8:30am. He was thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete our repairs the same day and in a prompt timeframe. I requested for two neutral wire installations. Armando inquired the reason to better help us and when we told him it was to eventually instal a smart switch he connected that for us as well. He saved us so much time and the work was high-quality. Overall, our experience was pleasant and stress free.

Needed a Hot tub wired for 220. Had 65 feet from power box. Then down back wall in so that the Disconnect box was within 10 feet of Spa. Very clean and looks great.

The electrician, Armando was a fantastic person to come out to my home to give me an estimate. I wanted to take my island out which had three electrical outlets that needed to be decommissioned,. He was very professional, and personable he gave me suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything . he found that my GFI in my kitchen was not up to code, and made me aware of that and price that out too if I chose to do it which I did,. Armando came out to cap off electric as part of a tub/shower conversion. The shower instal lead had suggested moving the electric since it was a dedicated breaker. Armando checked out what would be involved, priced out the difference and finished what was necessary for the shower install to proceed. Armando had other clients scheduled, so he honored those appointments (good customer service ?) and came back with supplies needed to move the outlet to outside. He also solved a long nagging problem with a bad sensor in the shower pot light. (Great customer service!??)
