These guys are great. I met a couple of their service techs while at work. They were so kind and professional that I called them to help out with a lighting issue I had at the house. Joey came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15-20 minutes. He was early, professional, and helpful. I am looking forward to working with these guys again.

I hired Star Light Electric to install recessed can lights. They showed up on time their work was done in a timely manner. After the job was completed they made sure to clean after them selves and left the work area spotless. Over all i would have to say that they are one of the best electricians in phoenix that i have dealt with. They will be getting more business from me.

We just went into contract for selling my house and my refrigerator's plug stopped working late in the morning and i needed someone to fix it tiday... I called mr electric and they were able to send someone todat. I want to thank John Russo, the electrician sent from Mr Electric for diagnosing and fixing my problem and looking at my other plugs to ensure my house inspection would go well. I called and set up an appointment for a light to be hung and let them know it is a 20 foot ceiling. They did not come prepared with a ladder to get to the light. I let them know I have a ladder to get them there, Eric came up started moving the ladder and said oh I have a bad back and shoulder, so I moved the ladder in and set it up. Then Eric comes in and said they can’t use my ladder and they have to bring a 3 man team to hang the light so the cost will have to go up. The problem is they knew it was a 20 foot ceiling when they were coming out so they should of been prepared, and then they saw my house and wanted to charge more to hang the light. I called them in the first place because they are a small independent shop that is local, stick with a bigger shop for your electrical needs. Even if it is just hanging a light.

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! My wife is a realtor and she will definitely refer Arizona Electrical Solutions to her clients in need! Thanks Will and Dave!!!

I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. Highly recommend!

John was great. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and had even diagnosed the problem before arriving. He was able to squeeze us in between some other jobs so we didn't have to wait. He explained everything to us and was even good with the kids. Would recommend.

Spent 2 1/2 hrs waiting for them to show up after making an appointment before finally giving up on them and finding someone else.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

I had Jeff do a consultation for us prior to a move. He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. Jeff gave us valuable advice. He printed information for us relative to our electrical concerns. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company! Hands down, the nicest contractor I've encountered!

After calling several national chains who could not provide in-home service for at least a week, I contacted Coppertown Electric and while emergency service (w/in two hours was available) the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to walk through all the symptoms with me, then walked me through my home's panel and we were able to fix the electrical issue w/out a service call. When most companies will send you to an answering service, I called Coppertown and talked to someone extremely knowledgeable and as important, someone willing to help out right there on the phone. Saved me $100's and I can't thank them enough!

My washing machine was broken; it wouldn't spin or drain the water at all. I was really bummed because I definitely didn't have the funds to buy a new machine. My Mom actually saw Gabe's company, One Shot Installation on Yelp, and told me to contact him since he had such wonderful reviews. I honestly wish Google had the option for six stars because even his Yelp reviews didn't do him justice for how incredible he is. He arrived within half an hour after I initially called him, was incredibly polite and professional and almost immediately diagnosed the issue with my machine. He worked diligently for almost two hours on my washing machine and his company was such a pleasure. He was incredibly accommodating with not only my schedule but also my payment options, (my Mom was helping me pay but she is out of State).
