This team installed 2 AC units in my house and the crew was awesome. They were neat/tidy while working in the home and very courteous. I recommend them to my friends when they have an issue. Great people that we trust.We have had Terry service our house, not only was he nice he helped us out in a jam! Vonda in their customer care department is also a pleasure to work with.Update: Since the last install, I needed a fast job done on my rental home. Even with me being in a pinch they beat other company's quotes, with a next day install, during the middle of summer! Great company, with a great team. I trust them and recommend their services.

Absolutely outstanding! Our AC unit was not operating correctly and we called Hobaica as per a recommendation. The service tech, Scott Dale, visited us today, and his service and repairs were fantastic. He fully explained the situation with pictures, gave us his recommendations, which did include replacing the unit (it is 12 years old), but it was not pushed at us at all.

He let us know that our capacitor was leaking, but working at manufacturing specs and that all other parts of our AC system were running well. So he gave us several options on what we could do along with all the possible warranties, and we decided to go with one of his recommendations. Scott replaced our capacitor, showed pictures of the replacement, recommended we clean our filter, and we are all set to go!!

Just had some maintenance done on my water heater. I wasn’t sure if I was nearing time to replace but the tech was super honest about the time my current unit likely has left. I opted for a drain and flush. Thought this company would be expensive but it was super reasonable. Will definitely use again.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
