Ricky came out and installed a light/ceiling fan for me which included a running lines for a new dedicated switch. It was done quickly, and most importantly, it was done right! He was on time, and cleaned up after the installation which is always appreciated! I've been enjoying my wonderful overhead lighting and fan ever since, and will definitely call on AEC and Ricky the next time I need any electrical work done!

I used David Gray to help us relocate our vanity lights to the ceiling for pendant lights. They were very professional, on time, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up as there was some dust/insulation from relocating to the ceiling. I absolutely recommend them and will use again for any electrical needs we have.

The ladies in the office were professional and able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. The two men that came out, Wesley and Gilmore, worked quickly and proficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. My parents are now having them come out to their home to take care of some projects!!!

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldn't schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, I'll call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor. The quality of the work was substandard, the attitude I got from Danny- as they blatantly tried to job-change scam me -was unprofessional, and the additional work that needed to be done all led to this. They did structural damage to my home, they didn't do the job as they said they would, and then refused to finish without charging me more money.

I was EXPLICITLY clear with these folks when they quoted me that I did not want to retain 1 single component from the original panel. We failed inspection because they didn't install AFCI breakers. They blamed the county inspector... Only one of two situations is possible from this... They don't know local building codes, or they do this on purpose to claim a job-change and charge more. Either one reflects extremely poorly on this company. They then proceeded to tell me it would be another $500 to do the job to code. To reiterate, they didn't finish the job I was quoted for, then claimed they needed an additional $500 to finish it. I was originally willing to pay it to just get it done. After asking for some clarification from Danny and getting chewed out, I realized this was going to be far more than $500 before they would finish the job. They were planning on taking me to the cleaners. I refused to continue with them.

I was also very clear when getting the quote that the line could not be run through the attic. Danny assured me this would be fine. They ripped a giant hole in my ceiling and left it wide open, because they went through the attic. They also destroyed a load bearing stud, one they used to mount the panel. I will never forget showing this to Danny, and he looked me dead in the eye and said its not structural. They just used that very stud to mount the panel. It also was supporting roof beams. Unbelievable! They also didn't install the panel according to the manual, leaving enough space for drywall. They installed it flush to the studs. It had to be moved. Additionally, they didn't mount the panel bus into the panel! They completely left out the screws to retain the bus. They called for an inspection with the panel bus floating in the panel!

The way they ran the line from the meter and along the house looked horrid. It looked like a drunk high schooler had hung Christmas lights, only it's a 200amp electrical line. I insisted they clean it up, but they never sealed all the holes they drilled through the siding, making a huge water infiltration hazard.

They also billed me before the job was done. Every step of the way with this company was unprofessional. This job very nearly ended in litigation. Unless you're willing to finalize your contract with the assistance of lawyers, AVOID NERD HOME!

Cortes Electric always performs above and beyond my expectations. I trust them with any electrical project. I plan to keep working with them in the future. Great Company.

I looked out the window and saw a guy with a backpack and a guy with a cloth lunch bag. I thought they were homeless, no, they were my electricians. They looked at my panel and said they found the problem and went to get parts to fix it. What they worked on did not resolve my problem. I called and told them this and they sent out two more guys the next day (they looked more professional and had tools with them). turns out, they could not figure out my problem either. So called again and for three days they said they would be back out, however they never came back. I called another company and with a glance, they diagnosed my problem (panel needed to be replaced) and had it fixed in one day. So dealing with Jax Electrical cost me two days of work and they could not figure out what the problem was. You be the judge as to whether you would use them or not.

Did a complete remodel, and MCquire did a great job, will use him next time.

Awesome company. I called them with an urgent need as I was selling a home that needed to be on the market in less than a week. They got out their within 24 hours and did all I needed and more. Their pricing was incredibly fair and way better than anyone else I talked to. They go the job done and did it nicely. The electrician who came out was friendly and more than happy to help in any way. Awesome job!

Mike was unbelievable accommodating he came in over the weekend and replaced panel for me in an emergency situation was reasonably priced will definitely use it.
