4.21.20 Update: Lynnell and Caleb were on site adding a new security light and attaching existing lights to a photo cell. They went above and beyond in horrible weather to ensure that everything was installed properly. We use American Electrical Contracting for all our condominium property needs and they always deliver! Advanced installed two exterior floodlights, 3 light fixtures on a metal pergola, and 3 exterior outlets; and did the electrical hook up for our new hot tub. It required one day of underground wiring and main panel prep, and a return visit two weeks later to complete install. The job was challenging, and a couple things had to be reworked to accommodate the back plates of the fixtures we had chosen, but the Advanced techs stuck with it until we got just what we wanted. The company representatives were impressive, from our estimator, Brice, who was very responsive re our many questions and budgetary concerns, to the friendly, helpful and hard working techs who did the work so well, and completely cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend this company.

Great knowledge and good service

Empire employees, the lead Scott with Danny as the helper did a great job installing the elector on my lanai. First they had to crawl through a 3 ft high crawl-space under my ho e and run the wires then hook up the breakers in the house to ru. 4 fans, 7 outlets and switches for fans and lights and install 2 motion light up on the corners of the lanai. This took multiple trip working with the other subcontractors on the project. My wife and I are delighted. Thanks Empire Electric.

The ceiling fan box in the kitchen was installed above the ceiling level which required cutting the ceiling dry wall to fit fan where it's supposed to go. Also box was loose. It should be solid so fan doesn't wobble. Have to hire somebody else to fix it as they have not returned after repeatedly saying they will. Low voltage wires fell out from where they were stuffed between the cabinet and microwave. Conduit installed in concrete was not below ground level at the wall. I had to disassemble kitchen cabinet to cut out bottom of the cabinet back so it would fit tight against the wall. Do not hire them. No follow through. Horrible customer service. They keep saying they'll come fix it but never show up.

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.
