Another great experience with David Gray! Had power run out to my shed. Tim did an awesome job and even found and corrected some issues he found in my panel box. (See below for previous experience)

I had the David Gray Electrical Service out to run power for a new mini-split ductless AC system (which David Gray H&A installed). The team called prior to arrival and got right to work. They completed the project in a timely fashion, were very courteous, meticulous and clean. Everything was installed very neatly. My first experience with David Gray's electrical service and not surprisingly I was extremely satisfied. They are the only company in town I would call for Heating/Air, Electrical and Plumbing.

Great customer service, did everything we asked. Installed different electrical lights inside and outside, also we bought the wrong outside lights, the guy's said no problem, and we went back to the store and got the correct fixtures. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any electric equipment installed and I will be using them again.

I contacted All American Electrical on March 9, 2020 to install a 220 line into our garage with a dryer receptacle for EV charging. They were recommended by Tesla. I called around 0930, spoke with their customer service person and was promised a call back within an hour to set up an appointment for an estimate. Three days later...no call back...no nothing. At this point in time, I don't expect one and really don't want to do business with this company. I will be advising Tesla of my disappointment with this company.

I am a general contractor and the Duval county area and I tried to use all service electric. Unfortunately due to their unprofessional standards I was given an estimate andthen once I was ready to schedule the work I called back only to find out that they had no recollection or records of my estimate. Then proceeded to tell me it would be nearly 4 times the amount originally given in the estimate. please don't use them it's not even worth the headache. This misunderstanding put me in a very bad position with the investment group I work for.

Came late on a Friday afternoon when our oven started sparking. Identified the problem quickly, solved it, and provided us with a part we didn’t have (even though it wasn’t part of the problem). Truly a joy to interact with, I’ll never call anyone else.

I will NOT use this company for any service and I do NOT recommmend them at all.

They showed up unannounced after I had cancelled a prior appointment and a follow up was not scheduled. They were in my house all of 5 minutes (not exaggerating), did not fix anything and said a tea kettle simply had a short and then charged me $100. Keep in mind they claim to do free diagnosis calls but refused to classify this as one. Do not use them!
