The service provided was very professional and Wayne and Kyle took the time to answer any questions we had about the projects we were looking to get done. They completed the work in the estimated time they provided up front and with exceptional quality. Will 100% be using them in the future for additional projects!

They wanted $500 to replace a 50 amp breaker for the A/C. Utterly redicilous because of the weekend

We have used American Electric multiple times over the years. Their service is prompt, courteous, and fairly priced. American Electric is always our first choice for any electrical needs, and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. We trust and value this local business, and will use their services in the future.

Maybe just a string of bad luck. I've used them before and they were good. This time we had alot of issues with getting proper lights and miscommunication. The actual Electrician was super nice, did nice work and cleaned up. Their prices are also good. I kind of hold management at fault in this situation. I had to chase for updates. Some feedback would be if you have to go back to a client's house 3 times, management should be all over the situation and calling the client. Otherwise the quality of work was good.

It’s been about 6 months since I had the opportunity to experience the excellent service by Empire but I want to take a moment to say “Outstanding Service”!!!! If I have any future electrical needs they will be my first call!!

They lack qualified technicians.

I had requested their service to install a 12V Pool light. The owner came over, and provided a quote. He seemed to know what he was talking about.

When the day came for them to do the installation, they did send 2 unqualified technicians. They had never done this type of installation before, and had no idea how to do it. They were totally unprepared.

I would be totally ok to provide the rest of the material, if requested. I even asked them through multiple emails what was required, and specifications.

The technicians had no idea how to do this installation, and even mentioned that the owner couldn't come because he was not available today(at a funeral).

Now besides improper employee training, they show lack of integrity by making excuses. Beware of doing business with them!

Hired R&R based on recommendation of someone I know. They came out within a couple of days (wasn't an emergency). They were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing. I'd recommend them to a friend.

So Where can I start with Burbank Electric. Had the pleasure of meeting Richard Burbank and his assistant Mitchell. These guys are Awesome, they worked in my home for several days. Richard is the best electrician in Jacksonville I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are responsible, neat and very trustworthy. I had to leave my home several times for hours and left them alone in the house they are very, very trustworthy, hands down. He goes above and beyond to explain everything to the smallest detail. Very happy with Jax Electrical Service. I had 3 ceiling fans replaced and 2 light fixtures. Good quality and reasonably priced. David was professional and friendly, very thankful to have found them!

This is a top notch company. First, Ken responded the same day we called and provided an honest written estimate for the work we wanted done. They scheduled us for two weeks out and like we planned, we received a call from the crew at 7:30am the morning advising they would be there in 33 minutes. Zack and Willie arrived on time and both were highly competent professionals and very personable. They worked hard, in extreme heat, and exceeded our expectations. They even did a few extra things not in the estimate at no charge. The work they did was excellent and A.S.E. has made loyal customers out of us.
