Best Residential Installation And Repair in Jacksonville FL

Had a load of work to do on a home we just purchased a week ago. Updates to light fixtures, adding new fixtures in our kitchen, updating receptacles/plugs, changing out light switches, and putting up fans in high ceiling rooms. Quality job, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job. Very friendly. After they left I found one thing that wasn't quite right and contacted them, the same team returned the next day and finished everything up, no questions asked. Highly recommend them. We'd used David Gray plumbing in years past and were extremely pleased. So when it came time for an electrician to pay us a visit, I was happy to see they had an Electrical division as well. Tim and Tyler came out and had the work completed in about a half hour. They were polite, and hard-working. They even moved my dryer for me, which was above and beyond the call of duty. They then showed me how to change a cord myself for future needs. I HIGHLY recommend giving David Gray a call for any of your Electrical or Plumbing needs.

We had empire install LED cans in our kitchen. Not only were they quick and clean, but came in considerably under budget! How often does that happen!

Well, I've had what will be 3 services and still a washer that won't drain. I was fed wrong info by the tech per Whirlpool and I believe he tried to blame user error than fix this thing. My warranty will only hire them and it looks like I'll be calling them weekly until someone does something.

The ceiling fan box in the kitchen was installed above the ceiling level which required cutting the ceiling dry wall to fit fan where it's supposed to go. Also box was loose. It should be solid so fan doesn't wobble. Have to hire somebody else to fix it as they have not returned after repeatedly saying they will. Low voltage wires fell out from where they were stuffed between the cabinet and microwave. Conduit installed in concrete was not below ground level at the wall. I had to disassemble kitchen cabinet to cut out bottom of the cabinet back so it would fit tight against the wall. Do not hire them. No follow through. Horrible customer service. They keep saying they'll come fix it but never show up.

The previous owners of my house did not wire in the ceiling lights, which made me have to literally use the breaker to turn the lights on and off in the back part of the house. I was recommended to Lighthouse by Petra and am so glad I was. The guys came out and did a great job. I had a few other electrical issues that they fixed as well. I would strongly recommend All Service Electric to anyone needing electrical work! I spoke with Ken on multiple occasions and he was always polite, helpful and very professional. I had a terrible experience with another company who did an terrible job doing a rewire in my home. It made me very cautious when dealing with any contractors, but the people at All Service Electric restored my faith that there are good honest contractors out there. When they finished the job it was as if there weren't even there except for the problems being resolved! I would say they are the best in Jacksonville!
