Best Residential Electrical Installation in Jacksonville FL

We recently had a standby generator installed and the team that did the electrical installation was top notch. They were courteous, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. Dwayne Current and his assistant were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely call American Electrical for future electrical work.

I am thoroughly angry with the unprofessionalism of David Gray. We closed on a house (last week) that had its panel replaced by David Gray's service, and per our inspection there were defects with the panel. These were resolved or so we thought. I have been calling/emailing for weeks now as we have been experiencing even more problems with the fixed panel and FINALLY today got ahold of a scheduler who told me that, since we had closed, the warranty was expired and we would have to pay the repair on their broken work.

To say I'm upset is an understatement. If they had scheduled me 4 weeks ago when I first reached out, my panel would've been under warranty. It all feels like a cash grab- but for work that they messed up in the first place. Do not use this company, go with someone who guarantees their work.

After submitting a request for a quote to install outlets, they contacted me in a timely manner. While installing my new outlets, they also looked at a potential problem I had with a light fixture at no extra charge. I’d hire them again. Professional and knowledgeable.

AMAZING service!! I will never call another electrical company again! These guys not only came out in less than 24 hours but did so with such a positive attitude- excellent customer service!! They repaired my issue and made sure I understood what was going on and how much it was going to cost. Sometimes being a female I get weary of contractors but not this time ! I had so much trouble getting an electrician in the first place. But once I met James my wife and I couldn’t have been happier. He was very respectful, very professional, very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my house. (Btw it’s my first house so I barely know anything, I’m always asking questions. He helped me feel comfortable with him being in my home. He wore a mask and washed his hands. I’m always using Crawford electric from now on and if your not gonna send James I’ll reschedule until Saturday when he’s on call. Lol. Seriously. He needs his own truck and a raise!!!!
