Well, I've had what will be 3 services and still a washer that won't drain. I was fed wrong info by the tech per Whirlpool and I believe he tried to blame user error than fix this thing. My warranty will only hire them and it looks like I'll be calling them weekly until someone does something.

We’ve had this company do some work in the past we were really happy with. Had them come out to estimate an rv pad hook up. Explained what I was looking for and was told they could run the estimate both ways. They didn’t, came with an estimate of $9000 to run power and a power pedestal for an rv. I call and just spoke with Fred to try and get an understanding as to what the estimate was for and was spoken down to, and was told I was asking for a complete rework of the estimate to not trench and run power pedestal right next to main, where I have room for small rv as well( just not ideal location). I told him at end of conversation that I would have someone else do it or do it myself, he then said another unprofessional comment. Please don’t let them take Adavantage of you and it’s perfectly fine to ask them exactly what you are paying for. The estimate cost $125, thought that might at least get me 5 minutes of professionalism over the phone.

I wanted so badly to he able to leave a 5 star review. Especially after the raving referral I got to use Lin's. It took two phone calls with voicemails with Missy and about three weeks to get them to call me and schedule an estimate. Lin was wonderful. Down to earth, professional, easy to talk to and the quote was priced very fairly. I was excited to set up the job and get started. Now over a month later and several attempted calls to get on the schedule I am STILL WAITING to hear back from them. The last time I called in I said, Please don't send me to the lady's voicemail. She doesn't call back. So they somehow connected me directly to her for her to answer and say, Please hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. After meeting Lin I really wanted to spend my money with this company. But after dealing with the scheduling department it looks like Im back on the hunt for another.

Joshua and Team always do a good job. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used him. I had them install landscape spotlighting and laid ground wires in my backyard. They are always professional and respectful and good value.

We had these gentlemen for a few things regarding our kitchen project and they were absolutely phenomenal. Everyone from ASE was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and respected our home. We would absolutely recommend them.

The guys from Howard Electrical did a great job on our remodel and were very accommodating when I had to request last minute changes.

EDIT 2: As of today, the technician contacted me and scheduled a time to complete the job today. He showed up and completed the job to my satisfaction. Therefore, I'm amending my review again, to 4 stars.

EDIT: Unfortunately I must edit my 5 star review to a 3 star review. While I was initially quite satisfied with the job done by Jax Electric, I was promised a return to finish the job that as of this writing, has not been honored. At the time of the initial job, I did not have the correct type of switches needed. The technician promised a return to finish that portion of the job for free, even though I offered to pay for his return. I contacted him stating that I was ready and had the supplies needed, to which he scheduled me. He did not show. I texted again, to which he informed me that he had me down for a different day. He did not show on that day either. I inquired again, and we rescheduled again. He informed me that there was a family emergency and had to cancel. He never contacted me to reschedule until I contacted him asking when he'd be able to finish the job. We rescheduled for today, and as of this writing, he has not shown nor contacted me. For this reason, I feel I have no choice but to revise my review. My original review is below.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Hired to diagnose a shorted light switch and installation of several other smart switches. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, and offered suggestions about what types of switches I needed. Price was fair. Definitely would use this service again.
