Best Outdoor Lighting Installation in Jacksonville FL

Extremely disappointed in lack of courtesy to communicate. Staff member came out to my home to draw up an estimate. 4 weeks later, I've now called 4 times to either receive the estimate or even if to just be told they were not interested. The manager refuses to even do that. On one hand I feel fortunate that I did not end up giving them the job, but the inability for them to answer a call or pick up the phone is astounding. There is no way I could recommend them given the lack of professionalism.

Tim and Dan arrived on tine after calling first. They were very courteous and pleasant, besides being knowledgeable able my electrical issues. They addressed the issues quickly and also provided suggestions about a couple things I could do myself. I will continue to use the David Gray companies for my plumbing, air conditioning and electrical needs.

After submitting a request for a quote to install outlets, they contacted me in a timely manner. While installing my new outlets, they also looked at a potential problem I had with a light fixture at no extra charge. I’d hire them again. Professional and knowledgeable.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with American Electric. The crew they sent out was right on time, and honestly, could not have been any better! They were very friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them. If you are in need of electrical work, look no further!

Technician provided excellent knowledge and professional representation. Fully explained what was needed and how the work would be done. Careful to not leave a mess and courteous through out. I will hire them again next time I need this service.

Very Unprofessional. Owner is not a good person. Owner “Shawn” will not answer and come get his money after cussing my mom out and threatening to put a lean on my house. First 2 days he was supposed to come out he never showed up or called. He finally decided to come out being 4 hours late and run his machine on turtle mode after we asked them for a refund. Just save your time and go with someone professional and not rude and nasty

No call no show..scheduled for someone to come out for a free estimate over a week in advance to the appt. I called 40 minutes after the four hour appointment window time given, your rep stated the work showed complete on a previous date. Rep stated she was going to call the electrician and call me right back. Never received a return phone call.

Response to Owner's Response: We've received calls from you or another representative from your company asking for me to remove my poor review, rather than getting someone out to do the work that I initially requested. Like we stated on the phone, I'm confused how your electrician just showed up to some random address and did work that didn't match what was on the work order. For one, your rep in the office had to confirm my address on Google Maps before they would schedule the appointment. In addition, she asked specifically what I wanted done and stated the electrician would have to give me and estimate prior to the work being done. This was over three weeks ago...I've already had another company come out who completed the work when scheduled. You made a comment that you know I would go with your company because you had the best prices...even if that was true, I would rather pay a more reliable company a little more to do the work, then to deal with the headache of dealing with yours. If you want better reviews, be more professional and provide better customer service.

We wanted to change the amperage on our fuse box to install a new water heater. NH came, did an evaluation, and with their recommendation we decided to not make that change because it would require major rewiring.

Quick, punctual, and friendly. The best electrical company I have worked with so far. I plan on using Jose for future projects. Recommend.

Not sure about their services but they treated me poorly while I was applying for a position.

Called to get a quote to upgrade my panel and add plugs to add an outdoor kitchen (4 plugs, including one for a refrigerator, and two more lights), after already having one quote and another scheduled; guy chuckled asking why i think i need to upgrade my panel. That's why I'm calling a professional! I don't know if my panel has the power.
I didn't handle it too well, I said nevermind and hung up on the guy.
They may do great work at fair prices but, I don't enjoy working with people who belittle others, so I'll never know.

I used them to repair an open ground wire which required a lot of detective work by the electrician. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. They were on time and were professional and friendly. The bill was fair and I will be using them again.

I was really pleased with Master Electrician Michael's work. He came out on short notice and installed some outlets I really needed. He was very professional, did a clean job, and his pricing was very reasonable. I will use him again in the future.
