I've used American Electrical Contracting for several projects over the last 3 years and each time I am stunned by how polite they are, how tuned in to what the customer wants and how they are willing to provide suggestions, while they identify possible savings. Our latest effort was running power out to a newly constructed shed and garden area, over a 100' run. Ricky, Dustin and John arrived early, trenching, dropping conduit, running wire and clearly cleaning up after project completion. They explained everything they were doing, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.....a stellar crew and simply an extremely positive experience. Thank you very much....don't change how you select your teams.......Here we are March 2019 and once again I needed electrical help and contacted American. I was not surprised when Ryan and Curtis showed up. Personable, extremely competent and expeditious. Pricing is competitive and their warranty policy is truly patron favorable. An excellent team.

Have used plumbing end for many years, then decided to try electrical end. The work of both entities is good and satisfactory, but the problem is the office and some of the staff. Some are not very helpful and are unprofessional. Brandon who oversees the invoices informed me of a small credit, then tried to say he didn't talk with me. that I spoke to electrical supervisor, which I did not
He then stated there would be no credit. This is not how you conduct a business to last.. Hope the owner gets the reviews, for it's unacceptable that this small issue could not be handled with integrity and without dissatisfaction.

These guys were highly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They were higher priced than 2 other estimates we had done but worth the extra for peace of mind the job was being done correctly.

Frank called us before he showed up and he was there exactly when he said he would be. Very nice and did an amazing job installing our ceiling fan. Didn’t take long at all and was super knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend these guys if you need an install done in your home!

I would recommend contacting American Electric for all of your electric wants, needs or projects. Wesley was my electrician who arrived on time and installed two ceiling fans within an hour. He provided excellent customer service explaining how the ceiling fans would operate with the light switches and remote controls; he offered feedback and estimates on how long it would take to install side lights outside of our garage and was just an overall polite individual. American Electric was the only company that I contacted requesting to have ceiling fans installed and I am glad that I chose to select them as my electrical company as I will be contacting them for more projects in the future. Highly recommend American Electric!!!

Bolt electric was extremely quick and efficient about updating the panel and old outlets in our 1955 house. After dealing with many unresponsive and unorganized contractors for other projects, they were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!!!

These guys went way above and beyond! They showed up on a Saturday and did not shy away from helping me trouble shoot locating a fishtape stuck in a conduit. Doug was more than professional! This was a hard job and he rose to the occasion. They showed up on time. He has a great electrical mind. Not only do I highly recommend but i would used them again in a heartbeat!

The young man who fixed plugs and switches was very nice, friendly and professional. He located the problems and quickly foxed them. I also used your company a few years age to rewire a room. The price in both cases was fair and professional. I have recommended NH Electric to a friend and will continue to use and recommend.

I know the owners personally and have watched them put their blood, sweat, and tears into becoming the best. While I don't currently live in their service area, they would be the first ones I would call if I did.

Hired R&R based on recommendation of someone I know. They came out within a couple of days (wasn't an emergency). They were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing. I'd recommend them to a friend.

I used the company back in April 2016. They were able to promptly send two technicians to do my small job within days (2). I was actually surprised at how quickly they were able to complete my work after talking with other companies. The price was quite competitive with others as well. The technicians that came out were very curtious and polite. They left no messes behind and answered all the questions I had. I would strongly recommend this company for any electrical work you need done, big or small. I'm getting ready to use them again myself! ????

Michael is great! He came all the way to Orange Park the same day I called and fixed the light in my home which went out. I had my sons birthday party the next day and it was done in time! He was also reasonable price!!
