From the experience I had with these two gentlemen, I believe Empire Electric is a great company with ethic and integrity. I am an electrical engineer, but I had to hire a license electrician to deal with a ripped off case from my local utility company. Mr. Thompson is definitely a true professional who knows exactly what we were expecting. Instead using scare tactic like some other companies, he gave an accurate and fair quote. Steve got the job done as scheduled. Hire them if you are looking for licensed electricians.

Over the past 2 years, we have exclusively used NH Electric anytime we needed work done because of the quality of service. I have never written a review of anything or any company, but today, we had Danny here to do some more projects, and for the first time EVER, I saw a tradesman wash his hands BEFORE he put up the snow white can light trim rings!!!
While I know it sounds like a little thing, it totally blew me away!! NH Electric cannot be beat, and they prove it every time they do work for us.

Had a problem with my breaker box. Got ahold of Richard and he was there within a hour to fix my problem.

Thompson Electric has skilled electricians. They installed and replaced several switches and a ceiling canister lights satisfactorily. The work was completed in a reasonable time.

He made an effort to explain to us what he was doing, why he was doing it and made sure we were 100% okay with it all plus, he knowns his darn stuff! And to add, my husband is blind and he made sure that it was accessible for him! Definitely recommend Michael and his service!

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!

They showed up unannounced after I had cancelled a prior appointment and a follow up was not scheduled. They were in my house all of 5 minutes (not exaggerating), did not fix anything and said a tea kettle simply had a short and then charged me $100. Keep in mind they claim to do free diagnosis calls but refused to classify this as one. Do not use them!

Bryan and staff with Dependant Electric have been so great during the wiring of our pool house and panel upgrade. Called and spoke with Brain about replacing my eclectic panel and explain to him that I had 3 weeks to have it replaced or my homeowner insurance will be canceled. He gave a fair price. I sent him pictures after getting off the phone. Two days later I called him to see if he received them he said yes and forgot to reply to my email and needed a picture of the meter box. Once again I sent a picture and waiting two days for him to respond. So I called again and he said well my manager need to look at the meter because he thinks a wire may need to be replaced. Waited 3 days for someone to call me back...NOTHING..I called and left Brian a message and its been 3 weeks without a call back. Lost two weeks dealing with him. Called another company sent them the same pics and had it repaired in two weeks.
