The guys arrived promptly and assessed the work quickly. They were to install an outdoor 4 outlet GCFI in my back yard. They did a fantastic job and were quick about completing the job in about 2.5 hours. Cost was very reasonable.

Found out the previous homeowners had some illegal wiring done, Doug Allen came out, took a look at the problem and was very open and transparent with the work needed, permits and cost. Doug is a great technician with great customer service! I will give you a call whenever I have any electrical issues pop up.

I’ve been living in Jacksonville for several years now, my wife and I had used several other local electrician companies but didn’t had much luck nor good experience with the way they did the job.

Now had the absolute pleasure of calling Burbank Electric LLC.

So Where can I start with Burbank Electric. Had the pleasure of meeting Richard Burbank and his assistant Mitchell. These guys are Awesome, they worked in my home for several days. Richard is the best electrician in Jacksonville I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are responsible, neat and very trustworthy. I had to leave my home several times for hours and left them alone in the house they are very, very trustworthy, hands down. He goes above and beyond to explain everything to the smallest detail. They take pride in the work they do, and you could see it in the quality. Burbank Electric LLC deserves 5 star plus. +++. My husband and I just moved here from DC and Michael went above and beyond to help us! He is thoughtful, create, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He made an effort to explain to us what he was doing, why he was doing it and made sure we were 100% okay with it all plus, he knowns his darn stuff! And to add, my husband is blind and he made sure that it was accessible for him! Definitely recommend Michael and his service!

Came late on a Friday afternoon when our oven started sparking. Identified the problem quickly, solved it, and provided us with a part we didn’t have (even though it wasn’t part of the problem). Truly a joy to interact with, I’ll never call anyone else.
