Lighting hit a tree and knocked out a few things but the dryer was not coming on. They were efficient and checked lines, repaired the plug to the dryer. All is working great. I had asked for Paul but he was caught on another project so Ricky and Cody were the service team sent. They were wonderful! I highly recommend American Electrical!!Even the Cat Charley liked them! LOL!Thank you!

Mister Sparky quoted us $325 to change a light switch. Our technician took less than 5 mins to make the change and didn’t even bother turning off the electricity. The going rate per the internet is $150 tops. What a rip off!! We are so angry and making sure to tell all our friends to avoid Mister Sparky. If I were you, I would look for a smaller company that is more fair and transparent about prices.

They supplied and installed a generator. They were terrific in all aspects. Setting up an appointment, providing detailed information and on site recommendations as well as prompt follow ups to questions( Thanks Mike), great office support( Thanks Veronica) professional installation and start up.

Had Empire add an outlet outside for my patio for my TV, fantastic and professional job. I will use them again. Ask for Steve II and III!!!!!!

I don’t know what their work is like for homes, but they are definitely not qualified for commercial at any level. I am a fair business owner and professional, but they should have never accepted this “gig”. Not employees fault.

I was in a bind after I drilled through a dryer cable which took out the power to the house. I contacted Burbank from a recommendation from a different electrician. I got same day service, Richard showed up earlier than expected and it was done quickly.
He was able to splice my wires and get the electricity back on within an hour. Very friendly and professional attitude. I will recommend this company to everyone that O come in contact with.

Joshua and his team responded quickly to my needs and the day after I spoke with him the job was complete to my satisfaction. They installed an electrical outlet in a place that I thought would be very difficult but Joshua knew how to do it in a way I never considered. He held to his estimate even though the job took longer than expected. I recommend this company.

Jacque responded quickly to my emails. My house has old wiring and they were unable to hook up new wiring to the old for insurance reasons. Jacques was incredibly helpful in referring me to a company that could help.

Excellent experience! I was given a more than reasonable quote and received great service. The electricians showed up on time, were polite and efficient. Their concern for what I wanted and awareness of any mess they made was refreshing. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again should I have any other electrical concerns.
