Best Electrical Panel Repair in Jacksonville FL

Thanks to Don Shaw and Eddie Watson and the rest of the crew for a job well done. Excellent work installing my generator. Today Ethan came out for my start up test and everything worked perfectly. Thanks for taking the time to walk me through all the features and answering all my questions.

Courteous staff, quick response, great service.

Service was performed this morning and the problem was fixed. However, when I was quoted the price it was for an hour of work and then priced in increments of half hour if more time is needed. They charged for an extra half hour even through they were not here longer than an hour and told my daughter it was because of drive time, etc. When I was quoted the price it was DEFINITELY stated that the price began when they knocked at the door and that travel time was not charged. Shame on me. I should have required a written quote. Just don't make the same mistake as I did. It won't happen again.

Logan and Arron were great. They came on time. Professional in the presentation. They completed the work in short order and the price was fair. I plan to use them again.

Top notch electricians. Lucas and Steve were fantastic and very thorough. Steve replaced traditional outlets in my kitchen with GFCI outlets. Will use again for electrical needs and refer to friends/neighbors.

I had the pleasure of meeting most of the team with my unique generator set up. Danny was first on site to evaluate our electrical panel. Tim followed to make sure Danny's recommendation would work. Keith and Will arrived to complete the work and all just a couple days before the storm!

Very nice people, excellent work. They completed a full electrical system during our commercial building construction.

A local real estate investor responsible for rebuilding torn down communities. They came out for inspection, took 10 mins. Paid them 225 he never wrote me a receipt or pulled the permits as he said. When I began to ask for a written estimate for the 900 dollar charge he quoted me for the needed repairs to get service he promised he would email it to me. Never got the email or anything. I feel that I was robbed and they may be shady con men. Stay away

Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didn't have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesn't follow up for over two weeks, that's not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.

If you are look for someone who can help you with any Electrical Work that you may need, I highly recommend you giving Michael a call. He fixed the electricity issue that I was experiencing with my floor lamp and saved me the headache of having to buy a brand new floor lamp, when the floor lamp I have is not even 2 years. I’m am pleased with his service and I will reach out to him again if I need any other Electrical Work done in the near future.
