Avery and Matt came out to fix a breaker that kept tripping for me. They were very thorough and walked me through everything they looked at to find the issue. Super professional and very respectful. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Our water pump stopped working after our area flooded. It appeared to be an electrical issue so I called David Gray on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Tim, the technician that came to our house showed up within an hour and a half of me calling and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. I highly recommend Tim and this company!

I called to inquire about some minor electrical repairs for my rental property. I provided them with my contact and billing info. We agreed payment could be made by check on the day of service. 2 hours later they called me and said they need the address of my personal residence so that they can come after me if the check bounces. I’m a landlord and use a PO Box for my business. I gave them the PO Box address and contact information. I explained to them that my personal residence is confidential. Then they declined the job. I’ve been a landlord for 12 years and, until now, never had a contractor pre-judge and treat me like a thief. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

I needed an outlet over my fireplace. The job was a little more difficult than usual, because of how the fireplace is placed (in the corner). Frank Bowman and Tia came to my home and were quite professional. Initially, I had another company come to my home to give me an estimate; but they gave me some outlandish process they said that they would have to do to accomplish what I requested. I don't think that they wanted to do the job. However, Frank and Tia got things done professionally and timely and they cleaned up after. I'll be using Mister Sparky for all other future electrical needs, for sure. Kudos to Frank and Tia for doing such a great job. Would I recommend them to others? YES!!!

I called GNH for service and Mike the electrician arrived he was very professional he quickly solved my electrical problems and gave me valuable advice on how to prevent future problems. I would recommend GNH to all my friends

I paid them over $2,000 to bring one of my properties up to 4 point inspection standards. I didn’t care about the cost, just wanted all fixed and fast. After them showing up very late that day the Electrican only did 3/4 of the work and left. The Company didn’t complete the other $500 in labor until 2 months later after I had called dozens of times to inform them they didn’t do the work I had paid for. It then took them two more trips get everything working correctly. Don’t use this company. They will cost you more in time and stress then they are worth.

I know the owners personally and have watched them put their blood, sweat, and tears into becoming the best. While I don't currently live in their service area, they would be the first ones I would call if I did.

A local real estate investor responsible for rebuilding torn down communities. They came out for inspection, took 10 mins. Paid them 225 he never wrote me a receipt or pulled the permits as he said. When I began to ask for a written estimate for the 900 dollar charge he quoted me for the needed repairs to get service he promised he would email it to me. Never got the email or anything. I feel that I was robbed and they may be shady con men. Stay away

Lin’s Electric went above and beyond for us!!! We sold our house and had already moved away...like, 1000 miles away! The buyers of our house did a walk-they and found that a whole section of our house was without power. We freaked out since the buyer wouldn’t close until the electric was fixed. I called Lin’s Electric and they were able to send an electrician over to the house the same day we heard the bad news from the buyer (which was also the same day we were supposed to close!). Lin’s Electric fixed the issue on the same day, and they took video evidence of the newly working rooms so we could send it to the buyers! They helped us close ON TIME and worked hard to get us the video before the closing deadline. I cannot thank Lin’s Electric enough for working so diligently to help fix this problem! THANK YOU LIN’S!!!

Very disappointed. Had emergency on Saturday. Recommended by a neighbor. Employee came right out but couldn't do the work without a permit. My husband is on oxygen. No power at all. Employee tried to reach owner and his sons to get permit. No return call. Could have had it done sunday. When monday came around I was told I would have to schedule the service for the following week. Really? Wont recommend them to any one

Burbank electric did an Outstanding Job on our electric gate. We were missing a part so they had to come back to finish the installation at no extra charge. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave till everything was working properly. If you need electric service please call them.

Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didn't have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesn't follow up for over two weeks, that's not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.

Micheal was smiling and pleasant from the moment I opened my front door until he left. He was so courteous, worked in an efficiently and timely manner. Great service. I would recommend him to anyone.
