Best Electrical Repair in Jacksonville FL

Power went out on half of our house so I called American Electrical Contracting this morning at 8:30am and they were able to send help today. Daniel and Jemal arrived on time and were clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They answered all my questions and even helped me understand how everything works. I would highly recommend this company, they fixed my problem quickly and provided quality service at a fair price.

They installed outdoor security lighting, scanned out an under counter light and replaced all of the smoke detectors.

Jeff was on time. He did a great job on all the carriage lights, fan, flood lights and laundry room light. He was very efficient and very professional.

There were some hiccups in the quote process but this team bent over backwards to resolve the issue. The ladies in the office (Teri & Rose) worked very hard to take care of us. The technicians were quick, thorough and professional. We will call them for all future electrical needs. I highly recommend American electric.

Everything was great from start to finish. Kitty in the office was such a sweetheart and easy to explain the situation. She was able to schedule my grandparents within days! Joe and his helper came out, and I was not there, but they called me after and explained what they did. My grandmother said he made sense and explained everything in detail on what was wrong and how he repaired it. Overall fantastic company and I will use them again if need be. Thanks so much!

Your men Doug & SanTonio did a very good job with putting up my ceiling fan & they were very Efficient & I like the work that they did . I would recommend them to any of my friends for electrical work . On a scale 1–10 I would rate them a 10. Bottom line they really satisfied me at this time & I thank them for their service .

Was very pleased with the service we received from Thompson Electric. They helped with several things around our house, garage and installing outside outlet. The work was done within a short time and everything is working great. Tney took pains in keeping things clean and neat and the price was excellent to fix all they fixed. We had checked with others and they were much better priced for what was needed. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with their service and the people we worked with. Everyone at Thompsons was so kind and didn't try to stick us with things we really didn't need. Very trust worthy honest people. Will be using them again in the future and highly recommend their company.

Complete trash. Unprofessional and incompetent. Couldn't repair a simple outlet in my bathroom after taking 3 weeks to schedule appointment and then showing up on the wrong day ?

Called All Service to repair a GFI receptacle. They were quick to respond and the electricians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Had 5 ceiling fans installed. The two guys that showed up did a great job, can’t remember their names though. Would recommend and will use them again.
